Supply, install, commissioning and testing, HT 11KV, 1250A, 26.3kA 1/COG VCB Panel, ABB VD4 indoor type VCB Panel with copper Busbar (50x12) 3 phase 50 C/S 250 MVA, overload and earth fault protection, ammeter, voltmeter and of single panel switch board, vertical isolation and horizontal draw out type vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) conforming to IS-13118, EIC-56 totally enclosed, single busbar floor mounting metal clad indoor extendible, fully interlock vertical isolation and horizontal draw out type indoor circuit breaker suitable for installation in 11KV 3 Phase 3 Wire supply system . The unit shall consists of the following:- Note :VCB connected with existing VCB at MH Power House.

FIXED PORTION :- (a) Floor mounting jig-set fabricated steel cubicle complete with supports for the gear, earthing connections, final wiring and labels. (b) Integral earthing feature built-in for bus bar and circuit earthing. (c ) Three phase epoxy resin/encapsulated isolating spout assemblies complete with isolating contacts and pair of automatic safety shutter which may be individually locked in the closed position for earthing/maintenance purpose. (d) 3 Nos. Epoxy cast WPL current transformer with 50/25/5, 30VA burden and CL 1 and CL 5P10 accuracy for metering & protection respectively. (e) 1 No. 3 phase, 3 limb PT 11KV/110V with 100VA Burden per phase class B Class 1.0 accuracy withdraw able type. (f) Rear cable box suitable for termination of cables. (g) Multicore cable termination block. (h) Heater with Switch and thermostat. (j) Door type instrument panel extension chamber fitted with : (m) Spring Charged indication lamp (n) Push button for trip circuit healthy (o) TNC Switch.

RELAYS :- (a) 1 No. Alstom/ABB make 1 O/C + 1 E/F Relay (CDG-31) or equivalent in all respect

REMOVABLE PORTION (Breaker) :- (a) 1250A, 26.3 kA fault current, 13.1 KA, VCB with Hand charge mechanism and electrical closing. The breaker is mounted on a truck carriage complete with self contained fully interlocked raising and lowering mechanism. The carriage is fitted with :- (I) Mechanical ON/OFF indicator with hand trip device (ii) Shunt Trip Coil (110VDC) (iii) Shunt Release Coil (110VDC) (iv) Mechanical Operation Counter

Supply and laying of HT cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade cross section area 95 Sqmm 3 core Earthed, as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm including taking out old u/s one complete all as directed

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, laying of underground cables etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, under groung cables etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil.

M&L for Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for filling approved river sand in trenches for sand cushion for laying of cables to the full width of exacvated trench, gently punned down etc all as specified and as directed.
