M & L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate ) on roof kerbs, mud stop and like rounded or chamferred on edges etc, complete all as specified.

S&F in repair fancy type decorated PVC sheathed GI curtain rod, 20 mm dia, including brackets and fixing arrangement and all other fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate ) type B-1 as in floors, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old cement / lime plaster on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joint, hacking for key screbbing down with water etc.complete all as directed.

(Note : minimum, yield strength 550 Mpa with hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium, 43.5 %zinc, 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surfaces)

M&L for mirror polished machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed Note:- The size of kota stone slab not less than 550mmx550mm (cut size except the location where balanced.)

Dismantling old aluminium partition with boards and refixing the same in same location including necessary minor repairs/ replacement of damaged parts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for grinding the existing Kota stone flooring/ skirting using grinding machine complete including washing and polishing to the entire satisfaction of GE complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable aluminum point wiring of any description & in any position with and including pvc/steel conduit all fitting, accessories & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings call bell, lamp holders etc and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces complete all as directed. NOTE: Old fittings/fixtures/accessories like switch, sockets, lamp holders, regulators etc found in serviceable condition shall be removed carefully for reuse in the work and shall be paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point or one fan point controlled by one switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor cable FR, single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade in and including concealed PVC conduit (Medium grade) of suitable size not less then 20mm dia all as directed with using new sunken type pressed steel box/terminal boxes of suitable size, 2mm thick duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black bituminous paint for mounting fittings/junction boxes with and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor cable FR single core. PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE : (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in wall/pillars/columns etc. of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing colour of surface.
