Taking down existing concertina coil from Security wall, necessary repairs to be carried out (measured and to be paid separately) and refix the concertina coil, restraining, stretching and stapples etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing on new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke root, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots, wahsing doors, cleaning glasses and leaving premises in a clean and tidy etc, and applying one coat of white wash on walls all as specified.
