Dehydration of existing oil filled in the transformers, OCBs, PTs to remove moisture, filtering and increasing the di-electric strength up to the required level of test results of oil as recommended by Chandigarh Electy. Deptt., complete as required including carriage charges of dehydration machine up to the site. Note:- Firm is required to test the transformer oil after the work from the laboratory authorized by the Chandigarh Electy. Deptt.

Supply & fixing of Silica Gel in a Breather of distribution transformer, as required.

Top up of Transformer oil in the existing Transformers including testing, checking of leakage etc complete etc. as required.

Servicing & repair of complete RTCC Panel fitted with OLTC of Step Down Transformer of rating 11KV/433 Volts, 1000 KVA, upto the satisfactory working condition.

Replacement of gaskets of suitable specifications of following parts of the transformer of rating 1000KVA, 11000/433 Volts of Crompton greaves make:- i) Top plates ii) Buchholz relay iii) Consrvator tank iv) OLTC Flendges v) Explosion vent & its flendges.

Repair & servicing of OLTC of 1000KVA transformer of crompton greaves make with voltage ratio 11000/ 433 volts complete in all respect as per crompton greaves service manual as required at site. (Servo control type)

Testing of following relays, installed in the 11KV Substation, for proper functioning:- 1. Over Current & Earth Fault Protection IDMT Relay, Type CDG, Model No.CDG 31EG001SB(M), Make: English Electric, Qty. 02 Nos. (Fitted with HT Panel) 2. Over Current & Earth Fault Protection IDMT Relay, Type CDG, Model No.CDG 31EG012SB(M), Make: English Electric, Qty. 02 Nos. (Fitted with LT Panel) 3. Auxiliary Relay Type VAA, Model.AA21ZG8501F(M), Volts 24/50 DC, Make: English Electric, Qty. -04 Nos.

Servicing & Testing of Buchholz relay fitted with a 1000KVA transformer for proper function/tripping, as required.

SITC of 12/24 Volts automatic FCBC (Float Charging Boost Charging) Battery Charger suitable for 11KV Sub Station along with two numbers sealed maintenance free batteries of rating 100AH, 12 Volts. Battery charger cabinet should have provision of housing minimum two numbers batteries of rating upto 100AH, 12 Volts batteries. It includes dismantling of the existing battery charger system.

SITC of Digital 3 Phase AC Voltmeter 220/440 Volts in the existing LT Panel, size 100mm/96mm, complete as required, including dismantling the existing one.

SITC of Digital 3 Phase AC Ammeter, CTR: 60A/5A, size 100mm/96mm in the existing HT panel, complete as required, including dismantling the existing and minor modification in the panel for fixing the meter.

SITC of Digital Voltmeter suitable for 11KV HT Panel, size: 100mm/96mm, PT ratio: 11KV/110Volts, complete as required, including dismantling the existing meter and minor modification in the panel for fixing the meter.

SITC of Digital Multifunction AC LT Panel Meter of size 100mm/96mm, in the existing LT panel, complete as required, including making the provision of installation in the existing panel .

Supplying & Fixing of SS Panel Door Lock in the existing LT panel including dismantling the existing and testing & commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying & Fixing of LED indicator in RYB colors for LT/HT Panel supply indication in the existing panel including dismantling the existing and testing & commissioning, connection complete as required.

Servicing of the followings switchgears installed in the 11KV/433Volts Indoor Sub-Station including replacement of minor material like contacts, arc -chute etc. as required:- i) Oil Circuit Breaker, Rating- 400A, 3-Phase, 11000 Volts, Make: Crompton Greaves, Type: ALAI/XL - Qty. 1 No. ii) Oil Circuit Breaker, Rating 800A, 3-Phase, 11000 Volts, Make: Crompton Greaves, Type: ALAI/XL - Qty. 03 Nos. iii) Air Circuit Breaker, Rating 800A, 500 volts, 50KA,Make: L&T, Type: CN-CS 800, Qty.-08 Nos. iv) Air Circuit Breaker, Rating 1600A, 500 volts, 55KA,Make: L&T, Type: CN-CS 1600, Qty.-04 Nos. v) MCCB, Rating-400A, TP, Make: L&T, Type: DT/DTH 400 Qty.-04 Nos. vi) On Load Change Over Switch, Rating 1250A, 415 V, 50Hz, Qty. - 04 Nos.

Servicing of Capacitor Panel of Rating 200 KVAR, including replacement of two numbers Thyristor Module of rating 50 KVAR, 440V AC 50Hz(Electronic Thyristor-module for capacitor switching) of Make: EPCOS, Model: TSM LC 50.

Supplying and erection of glass, alloy tin fuses of current rating 3.75 amp of 110 volts for HT OCB of current rating 830 amp of Crompton greaves make including fuse base and carrier, complete in all respect as required at site.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia. including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing of rubber mat 1 metre wide and 12mm thick to withstand 15KV dielectric strength as per IS 5424-1969.

Providing of rubber mat 1 metre wide and 6mm thick to withstand 3.3KV dielectric strength as per IS 5424-1969

Supply of Metallic Body Exhaust Fan of size 300 mm sweep, with G.I. sheet louver shutter, Grey in color, RPM: 900-950, four number blades, Air delivery (minimum) 1145 m3/h, low noise level, suitable for 230V, 50 Hz, single phase AC Supply, complete as required. Make: Havells/USHA/CG.

Installation of exhaust fan of size upto 450 mm sweep in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.

Making the opening of suitable size in the Brick wall for installation of Exhaust Fan of Size 300mm sweep, including making good the damage, complete as required at site.

Supply and fixing of Metal Body yellow Industrial Emergency Exit Light 25-30 Watt , 220 V AC, with two LED head lamps, minimum 2 hrs backup time, complete in all respect, as required.

HRC Fuse Link FN type 2A to 16A, suitable for 440V AC , as required.

HRC Fuse Base with Holder 15/16A, suitable for 440V AC , as required.

Providing and fixing M.V. danger notice plate of 200 mm X 150 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm X 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Painting with synthetic enamel spray paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

Painting with synthetic enamel spray paint to the existng installed 1000 KVA Transformer with OLTC conservator tank, HT & LT Bus Bar Duct, Angle Iron cable tray, complete in all respect as required at site.

Preparation & displaying of Single Line Diagram of 11 KV Sub-Station with adequate paint on a suitable acrelic/wooden board complete as required.

Supply of Metallic Body Heavy Duty Exhaust Fan of size 450 mm sweep, with louver shutter , Grey in color, RPM: 900-950, four number blades, low noise level, suitable for 230V, 50 Hz, single phase AC Supply, complete as required. Make: Havells/USHA/Crompton.

Testing of complete installation in 11KV Sub-Station and preparation of testing report as below:- (i) Insulation resistance : 3Core 185 Sq.mm HT I/C power cable (ii) Insulation resistance :Distribution Transfornmer 1000KVA-02 Nos. (iii) Insulation resistance : HT OCB 630 Amp.- 03 Nos. (iv) Insulation resistance : OLTC - 02 Nos. (v) Insulation resistance : Power Control Centre - 01 No. (vi) Earthing Resistance : 12 Nos. (viii) Insulation Resistance : Capacitor Panel - 01 No.
