Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen grade VG-10) @ 5 kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Semi Dense Asphalt Concrete 40 mm (consolidated) thick using graded crushed stone chipping as specified and paving bitumen binder VG-30 with 5.5% (minimum as per SSR Part-I) by weight of total mix (the exact quantity of binder shall be determined by design mix by marshal method) including loading of aggregate in hot mix plant 20 to 40 TPH transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying with mechanical paver finisher 30 to 40 TPH to the required level and gradient, rolling with 8-12 ton power roller as specified and compacted to required camber and gradient etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Contractor shall submit the authenticated weigh batch receipt as per load material in site duly marked vehicle number (ii) The binder content shall be specified in relevant item of Schedule ‘A’ by weight of total mix for semi dense bituminous concrete. In case of quantity of binder as per job mix formula works out to be more the 4.5% of weight of total mix extra quantity shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost of the Government complete all as specified and directed.

Screening Road metal, chippings, etc on site of work, when specially ordered, including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (materials from both sides of screen measured) complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomeric 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted concrete surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer on new plastered/ concrete surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of interlocking paver path complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair outdoor/Parking tiles, heavy duty for light traffic, Non Skid, anti scratch, heavy grip, vitreous/semi vitreous coloured, unique designs tiles 8 to 10 mm thick area conforming to IS 13006:2008/ IS 15622 : 2017 of each tile of size 300mmx300mm in floors, parking/outdoor tiles etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colourd cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair for Convex mirror with pole for T point and blind turns shall be made of Polycarbonate reflective mirror, it should have 130° of viewing angle for internal and external purpose. The Body shall be made of ABS plastic and supplied complete with mounting hardware. The diameter of convex mirror should not less than 1000mm Pole Material - MS Pole Dia - 65 mm Pole Length - 03 Mtr.

Supply and fix in repair for Heavy duty plastic speed Retarder with glass bead reflector should be made out of virgin ABS+PE polymer. Size of Retarder should be as Length - 500 mm, Width - 500 mm, Height-45mm approx. There should be a polyethylene panel of size- 195mm*95mm having 3 Nos. Glass Bead of size 12mm both side of it. Panel should be attached with Nut bolt with Retarder perfectly. Material and labour in repair for semi Flexible road safety cone with Message Plate should be Made out of LDPE (Low Density Poly Ethylene) with UV stabilization fluorescent orange colour. EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate) should used to increase flexibility. Total Height of Traffic cone with Message Plate should be 1600mm, Square Base- 420mm*420mm, Weight should not less than 6kgs so that safety cone should not fall easily due heavy wind blow. Rubber of Traffic cone should be Machine moulded and should not be pasted with glue or screwed. Colour of cone should be Orange or as per buyer requirement. Material should be semi flexible and durable that if any vehicle hit the cone may not be break easily and also not damage any part of vehicle too. One reflective sleeve Size- 9 Inch should used around the cone to give reflective during nigh time. Any message shall be printable on Board complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair for flexible Hazard Marker post should be made out of Virgin PU Material. The height of post should be 750mm, width should be- 120-130mm, Round Base size should be 200-210mm, weight of post should be approx 1650 Grams. The shape of post should be rectangular and it should have 11 Ribs on post body from mid to bottom side for better strength. Colour of post should be orange or as per buyer requirement. There should be reflective area both side of post of size: 400mm*100mm and message should be printed on HIP grade Tape or as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in repair retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards, made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTMD-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized Stainless steel alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to entre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat.
