Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for soling or sub base, 150mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices, filled , surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in two layers of 75 mm eachgrading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1OO KN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc , sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primer of paving bitumen VG 10 @ 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for laying premixed bituminous macadam using binder conent paving bitumen (VG-30) 4% by weight of total mix) rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber 40 mm thick with paving bitumen any penetration complete all as specified and as directed

M&L bituminous premix asphaltic semidense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), incl making joints with or without grooves (thick of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), incl making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed

M&L M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen Grade VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of medel No DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono crystafie solar panel 2.4V /0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactureres instructions etc all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm , exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep complete.

S&F in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150 x 150 x 300 mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, dashes, arrows letter, marking etc and the like not exc 10 cm wide on new surface or previously treated road surface with hot applied retro-reflective thermoplastic road marking paint (white/golden/yellow) conforming to MORTH (Clause 803.4) all as specified with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160% including cleaning and drying the existing road surfaces to ensure dust, oil, grease and moisture free surfaces before applying the paint complete.
