SITE CLEARANCE & EARTHWORK
Removing excavated material (any type) and depositing it outside Ministry of Defence Land. (Road - 345.23, sewage Disposal -12.64, Area drainage-168.17) Note: (i) Before quoting the tender, the bidders are advised to ascertain the distance outside MD and, at which the excavated material/ debris are to be disposed off. No extra claim what-so-ever shall be entertained on this account. (ii) This item shall be considered as per the requirement at site. (iii) All excavation earthwork covered under Sch'A' Part III to Part VII shall be measured and paid under this item.
SEWAGE DISPOSAL
S & F HDPE DWC (Double wall corrugated) pipes confirming to IS 16098, of 150 mm internal dia pressure rating SN-8 fixed with rubber seal and copler required with and including suitable bends 90/60/45 degree etc single Y junction complete as required fixed as per m manufacturer instruction laid in trenches for sewage lines all as specified and directed. Note ;- Rates included for pipe bends any size and type jn coupler adaptor required and net total length of pip with fittings shall be measured for payment please.
EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY
Supply and erect Hot dip galvanized tapered octagonal pole of height 7.mtrs in single or double section having top dia 70mm and bottom dia 130mm made up of 3mm thick sheet and welded with a base plate of size 220mmx220mmx12mm thick and provided with 1000mm long single arm bracket with 15 degrees of angle for mounting street light fitting complete with 04 Nos. of ‘J’ type foundation bolts of size not less than 20mm dia., 600mm long embedded in PCC foundation concrete as per manufacturer’s recommendation including M&L for excavation in any strata and earth work, PCC of any type as per manufacturer’s recommendation complete. A door should be provided at a height of 500mm from the base plate for accommodating and provision of TPN aluminum bus bar for connecting LT Cable and 01 No. 6A SP MCB for street light protection inside the pole shaft complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of outdoor type 11KV Ring Main Unit, 16KA for 3 Second, SF6 insulated 3 way both side extensible type motorised with One number Load Break Switch 1600 Amps as Incomer + One number Load Break Switch 1200 Amps as Outgoing + One No VCB 800 Amps as Outgoing complete including all items and accessories. [ii] The bidder shall intimate the accepting officer for the routine tests in accordance with IEC in the OEM factory in presence of a representative nominated by the accepting officer before dispatch. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of indoor type APFC panel 250 KVAR (in 12 stages ie 1x5KVAR + 1x10KVAR + 1x15KVAR + 1x20KVAR + 8x25KVAR) rated voltage 440 Volts, 3 phase, 50Hz, IP54, Delta connection, Ultra heavy duty cylindrical capacitors, capacitor duty contactors with suitable type MCCBs, intelligent power factor controller, with 7% aluminum wound reactor units tested in accordance with IS 16636/IEC 61558 with contactor switching. The Main incomer shall be MCCB 630A FP 25KA breaking capacity. Panel shall be provided with Auto-manual switch, LED RYB indicators, LED Capacitor/Step ON/OFF indicators, Digital VAF & PF meter, CT coils, interconnecting wires between main LT panel & APFC panel for analyzing PF all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Contractor shall submit GA drawing, electrical circuit diagram etc to the Garrison Engineer for approval before placing order. (ii) The contractor shall provide PCC foundation all as per OEM recommendation without any extra cost. (iii) The design shall be such that the temperature rise is within acceptable limit.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sandwich type (3L+N+PE), Copper Busbar Trunking System complete with two runs of 50 mm X 6 mm aluminium earthing strip and accessories all as specified and directed. Make : L&T/Schneider/ABB/Siemens . The busbar trunking system shall confirm to the following technical specifications: General: (i) The busbar trunking system (BTS), both feeder and plug-in , shall be of sandwich construction. All components and fittings (straight length, elbow, tees, flanged ends,cable tap box and circuit breaker, etc) shall be in accordance with IEC 61439 Part 6(2012) or UL857 and from the same manufacturer as the busbar trunking system. Degree of protection of the BTS shall be IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529. (ii) Rated operation voltage of BTS shall be 1.1 kv . The neutral conductor shall have the same cross -sectional area as the phase conductor. The earth busbar must be one continuos piece without bolting on housing. Certificate: (i) The busbar , of full range and each rating, shall pass full type tests specified in IEC 614439-6.The certficate shall be issued by an international independent testing authority(e.g ASTA, KEMA,UL) (ii) A product safety mark (e.g KEMA-KEUR, ASTA DIAMOND, UL) shall be on the product offering a visible assurance to all of full product safety testing, factory inspection and ongoing survivalance under independent authority to ensure the ongoing safety of product. (iii) The BTS shall pass seismic tests with actual physical product and being certfied complying with UBC seismic zone 5 condition by an internantional recognised earthquake research body, e.g Asian Pacific Network of Centers for Earthquake Engineering Reasearch(ANCER). The OEM shall also furnish a certficate to confirm that the BTS assembly is capable of withstanding the additional vibrartion in shift owing to air movements. Short-Cicuit Ratings %Tests : (i) The whole BTS shall be capable of withstanding the short circuit of the electrical installation without undergoing any electrical, mechanical and thermal stress under fault condition at a service voltage of 1 kv at 50 Hz frequency. The minimum rated installation voltage shall be 1kv. (ii) The Minimum certfied short circuit withstand capacity for 400A rating shall be 25KA for 1 set. (iii) The Minimum certfied short circuit withstand capacity for 1000A rating shall be 50kA for 1 set. (iv) The Minimum certfied short circuit withstand capacity for 1250A rating shall be 65kA for 1 set. (v) The Minimum certfied short circuit withstand capacity for 2000A rating shall be 80kA for 1 set. HOUSING: (i) The busbar trunking housing shall be constructed of 1.6 mm thick electro-galvanised steel and aluminium to reduce hysterisis and eddy current losses and shall be provided with a suitable protective finish of ANSI 49 grey epoxy paint. (ii) The busbar trunking housing shall be totally enclosed non-ventilated for protection against mechanical damage and dust accumulation. And it shall pass at least 2000 hr salt spray test to ensure the anticorrosion ability. (iii) The totally enclosed housing shall be manufactured by the BTS OEM and modifications of busbar trunking to make it totally enclosed by housing other than busbar trunking OEM shall be unacceptable without the written consent of manufacturer. Busbars: (i) Busbars shall be aluminium with copper cladding utilized Molecular Fusion technology. (ii) There shall be no bolts passing through the busbars of the busway. (iii) Each busbar shall be insulated with class B (130 degree celcius) DuPont Mylar insulation.Epoxy insulation is unacceptable. (iv) The temperature rise at any point of busbar trunking encloser shall not exceed 55 degree C above the ambient temperature of 40 degree C when operated at rated current. Joints: (i) The busbar trunking joint shall be of the one -bolt type which utilizes a high strength steel bolts and Bellevile washers to maintain proper pressure over a large contact surface area. (ii) The bolt shall be torque indicating and at earth potential. (iii) The bolt shall be teo-headed design to indicate when proper torque has been applied and require only standard long handle wrench to be properly activated. (iv) It shall be possible to remove any joint connection assembly to allow electrical isolation or physical removal of a busbar trunking length without disturbing adjacent busbar trunking lengths. Plug in openings: (i) The connecting jaw of the plug- in unit shall plug directly on to the busbar and have full contact with busbar itself. Welded tab at plug-in busbar is unacceptable. (ii) All contact on joint and plug-in opening should be silver plated copper. (iii) On plug-in busbar trunking there shall be three dead front, hinged over type plug-in openings on each side. (iv) All openings shall be usable simulateously. (v) Busbar trunking shall be installed so that plugs are side mounted to permit practical use of all plug-in openings. (vi) It shall be possible to inspect the plug-in opening and busbars, prior to the installation of the plug-in units.
Plug-in Units: (i) The plug-in jaw shall be spring design composed of different metal to ensure the firm and tight contact with the busbar. (ii) Plug-in units shall be type tested in accordance with IEC 61439-6 (Annex D:Part 1-5 and 9-13). (iii) The earthing contact of the plug-in unit shall always be made before that of the live conductors and the last to break during removal.And it must connect to the earth bar of busway to ensure the safety. (iv) Covers of all plug-in units must have interlock to prevent the cover from being opened when the switch is in the ON position. (v) Presence of transperent shield shall be inside to avoid direct contact of human. (vii) The plug-in units shall be equiped with internal barriers to prevent accidental device during time of wire pulling. "Supporting Structure: (i) Support structure shall be provided as per OEM's recommendation. (ii) Indoor feeder and plug-in busbar trunking shall be approved for hanger spacing of up to 3 meters for horizontally mounted run and 4.88 mts for vertically mounted runs.Outdoor feeder busbar trunking shall be approved for spacing up to 1.5 meters for horizontally or vertically mounted runs. [J] Voltage Drop: The voltage drop (sending end voltage minus receiving end voltage) specified shall be based on the busway operating at full rated current and stabilized operating temparature in [ii] The 3-phase line to line voltage drop 40% power factor concentrated load shall not exceed 3.4 V per hundred ft. [iii] The line-to line voltage drop at the load power factor shall not exceed 4.1 V per hundred feet." " INSPECTION/SUPPORT OF INSTALLATION (i) The installation of BBT shall be executed by skilled professionals with minimum experience of 4 yrs. Having sufficient installation base and pre- commissioning experiences. (ii) The entire installation shall be directly supervised by the OEM. (iii) The OEM shall be also furnish a commissioning report underlining satisfactory installation after the commissioning of BBT system 1000 A BBT"

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY
Supply, lay, test and commissioning DI pipe 150 mm bore, centrifugally spun as per IS: 8329-2000 socket & spigot, suitable for push-on-joint with inside cement mortar lining, ISI marked with and including one rubber ring per pipe length and specials/fittings as required at site, class K-7 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation, RFR shall be measured and paid separately.
Construction of brick masonry valve chamber in repair of size 0.9mx0.9mx 1.0 mtr (internal dimension) above ground level 30 mm suitable for 100 mm dia sluice valve, 15 cm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) over 15 cm thick hardcore, 23 cm thick brick wall bolts in cement and sand motor 1:4, 15 cm thick internal and external plaster including top floor in cement and sand motor 1:3, finished even and smooth, without using extra cement, 10 mm thick mild steel plate cover on 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm MS angle iron frame embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) coping having rectangular hinged opening of size with locking arrangement & handle made out of 25 cm dia MS round bar, hold fast etc, applying one coats od red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enemelled paint to all steel surfaces and earth work in any type of soil including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not ex 50 mtr complete.

Development of the area by planting of mexicon grass with dibbling method by keeping the spacing of 30 centimeter between the tufts of grass including trenching the ground, watering rolling, moving (if required) and de-weeding complete all as specified and directed till the grass form a thick carpet free from weeds including the cost of labour, tools and tackles complete.
Supply and plantation of flowering bed with minimum 30cm spacing between the plants (with tantena plant) includig preparation of flower beds by doing all horticultural activities like trenching , watering , de-weeding etc, including the cost of labours, tools and tackles complete for a period till flower plants become live properly and flower bed takes proper form complete in all respect all as specified.
All as per item No 34.00 above but for flowering hence with minimum 3 plants per sqm feet ( feet tantena plant) 30cm wide along the inner face of mehendi hedging
Development and plantation of hedge ( with mehendi plant) 30cm wide and 30cm high in two rows minimum 12 sticks per meter in a row including preparation of hedge beds by doing all horticultural activities, like trenching, watering, de-weeding etc, including the cost labours, tools and tackles complete for a period till hedges plants become live properly and hedge take proper form complete all as specified and directed.
Manning operation for maintenance of grass and flower beds for 6 months periods 6 Months = 6 x 30 = 180 days

MANNING & OPERATION OF LIFTS FOR 60 MONTHS POST COMPLETION OF WORK (REFER ANNEXURE-XVII)
Manning & operation of of fully automatic operated passenger lifts of provided make, type and capacity, covering all floors, speed 2.5 m/sec. SS Lift installed in the subject project as per tender by 02 x lift operator in 2 shifts and 01 operator in night shift on all days including sundays and holidays (1st shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs; 2nd shift - 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs; Night shift - 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) including taking care of all lifts from any pilfrage or damge etc, Period of manning and operation shall be 60 months from the date of completion of the project (Total number of lift operators required per day are 05 Nos) (Total 06 lifts) including sundays and holidays during the defect liability period of the project and after for 03 years after the defects liability period of the project complete all as mentioned below and all as specified and directed. Total number of lift- 06 (16 passenger-02 Nos and 13 Passenger-04 Nos) Notes: Rates quoted by contractor shall be deemed to be includes the following provisions:- The contractor shall employee only ITI qualified lift operator with atleast two year experience in operation of lifts in each shift and arranges the shift to provide weekly off to every duty person. (ii). The contractor shall provide tool kit, 02 uniforms, 01 pair black shoe and name plate on chest to each operator and design of uniform shall be got approved.(iii). Contractor shall have insurance policy for their every employee in shift duty . (iv) The contractor shall be liable for any damage to the installation equipments while operating the same.

MANNING & OPERATION OF WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATIONS, FIRE FIGHTING INSTALLATIONS, RO PLANT & DG SET FOR 60 MONTHS POST COMPLETION OF WORK (REFER ANNEXURE-XVIII)
Manning & operation of water supply installations consisting of fire fighting installations, electrically operated pump sets (for fresh water and for treated grey water) of different capacities, RO plants etc including DG set installed in the subject project as per tender by placing one FGM in each shift and maintenance of log book, taking care of pumps/valves/overflow of tanks, other minor repairs and leakages daily in three shifts from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs including cleaning, daily mantenance, testing onsite water parameters using pH tester, chloroscope, TDS meter etc. Period of manning and operation shall be 60 months from the date of completion of the project (Total number of FGM required per day are 03 Nos) on all days including sundays and holidays during the defect liability period of the project and after for 03 years after the defects liability period of the project complete all as mentioned below and all as specified and directed. Notes: Rates quoted by contractor shall be deemed to be includes the following provisions:- The contractor shall employee only ITI qualified FGM with atleast two year experience in operation of Gen set, pumpset, Chloronome plants etc in each shift and arranges the shift to provide weekly off to every duty person. (ii). The contractor shall provide tool kit, 02 uniforms, 01 pair black shoe and name plate on chest to each operator and design of uniform shall be got approved (iii). Contractor shall have insurance policy for their every employee in shift duty . (iv). The contractor shall be liable for any damage to the installation equipments while operating the same (v) Printed log sheet and other documents of installations shall be maintained by FGM on duty and he will deposit the log sheet daily to JE incharge at AGE E/M office. (vi) POL required to run generator will be collected well in advance from the department by concerned duty staff. Duty staff shall operate Generator set for static run for 15 minutes once a week even though there is no power failure. (vi) The contractor shall carry out routine cleaning of the installations and equipments. If installtion area and equipment found dirty, a penalty of Rs 500/- per day shall be imposed on the contractor (vii) The attendance of FGM will be maintained as per log sheet of the installation. If operator found absent from his duty, a penalty of Rs 2000 per day per shift shall be imposed on the contractor.
