Material and labour for providing AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) block masonry for 100 mm thick walls, with blocks size 600 mm x 200mmx100 mm having compressive strength as per IS 2185 (Part III) and set in chemical mortar of LATICRETE or equivalent as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing 60 mm thick precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately) with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in CM 1:6 surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Roof treatment for in-accessible roof as under: - (i) Preparation of surfaces by removing all dust, loose particles of RCC slab. (ii) Apply polyurethane waterproofing coating on prepared concrete surface of roof slab & up to 300 mm of parapets and crumple joint including junction of roof and parapet. This stage shall be passed by the GE. Roof surface shall be left without any further treatment. (ii) Method: Cleaning the surface and applying FOSROC Nitoproof 725 (minimum 0.8 mm dft) over a priming coat of Nitoproof WB primer or equivalent product of Asian paints, M/s MC Bauchemic / CIPY / SIKA / Pidilite Dr Fixit / Thermax / STP applied as per manufacturer’s instructions. (iv) The work shall be carried out complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and application methodology. Execution to be done with authorised trained / skilled applicator of manufacturer as per technical guidance laid by manufacturer. Company bank guarantee to be given by contractor after completion of water proofing work before payment.

Material and labour for Roof treatment for accessible roof as under: - (i) Preparation of surfaces by removing all dust, loose particles of RCC slab. (ii) Apply polyurethane waterproofing coating on prepared concrete surface of roof slab & up to 300 mm of parapets and crumple joint including junction of roof and parapet. This stage shall be passed by the GE. While laiting tiles, care should be taken to see that joints between tiles are kept minimum and joints are thoroughly filled with FOSROC Nototile grout polymer based joint mortar or equivalent products of Asian paints / M/s MC Bauchemic / CIPY / SIKA / Pidilite Dr Fixit / Thermax / STP applied as per manufacturer’s instructions (v) The work shall be carried out complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and application methodology. Material and labour for laying glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 600x 300x 7-8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10 mm thick screed plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for polished machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over and including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for polished kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering as screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing 75 mm thick Plain Cement concrete Type C-1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays not exceeding 2 Sqm each and finished fair on top without using extra cement. 6mm wide joints shall be provided throughout the thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays. All joints in bays of concrete, shall be filled with mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen Vg-30 grade and 3 parts of sand (all by weight). all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Factory made solid PVC Moulded door shutter with particle board core , 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles), with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face and 2 mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying and fixing in frame at site as per specification and as directed.
