Supply of 4 Ton vertical tower type split AC unit, 3 phase complete with copper condenser coil of outdoor unit, cordless remote fitted with scroll compressor, Non CFC refrigerant suitable for operation on 415V,50 HZ Ac Supply etc complete as required and capable of performing cooling, dehumidifying, air circulating, filtering and ventilation etc. as required.

Supply of energy efficient 5 star rating inverter type, hi-wall mounted type 1.5 TR split air-conditioner with rotary compressor, with copper condenser coil of outdoor unit, cordless remote, suitable for operation on 230 Volts +/- 10%, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply; capable of performing cooling, dehumidifying, air circulating, filtering and ventilation etc. The job includes refrigerant piping, piping insulation & cabling work up to 3.0 Mtrs etc. as required.

ITC of 3.0/4.0 Ton vertical tower type/Cassate type/ split AC unit,3 phase complete with outdoor unit including supply and fixing of MS angle structure base frame (including painting) for Indoor & outdoor units, top up refrigerant i/c necessary Civil works complete as required.

ITC of 1.5 / 2.0 Ton Split inverter A/C i/c supply & fixing of Iron Angle structure stand suitable for outdoor unit, makeup interconnection, painting i/c necessary Civil works complete as required.

Supply & fixing of refrigerant copper tubing of suitable size for both suction and discharge along with nitrile/polythene foam insulation for tubing covering and electrical cable of suitable size copper conductor and communication cable from indoor to outdoor suitable for 3.0/4.0 TR Air conditioner i/c laying/clamping on surface, chiselling & making good of wall etc connection complete as per requirement of site.

Supply & fixing of extra refrigerant copper tubing of suitable size for both suction and discharge along with nitrile/polythene foam insulation for tubing covering and electrical cable of suitable size copper conductor from indoor to outdoor suitable for 1.5 TR / 2.0 TR Air conditioner laying/clamping on surface, chiselling & making good of wall etc connection complete as per requirement of site.

Supply and installation of 20 mm dia hard PVC drain pipe with all accessories like bends, couplers, tees i/c chiselling, making good of wall or laying on surface etc as per site requirement complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 20 amps, 240 volts, SPN modular type, socket outlet, enclosed plug top along with 20 amps "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure on surface or in recess etc complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 20 amps, 415 volts, TPN industrial Modular type, socket outlet, with 3 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top along with 20 amps “C” curve, TPMCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required. (a) 2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire.

Providing and fixing of 20 mm size CPVC Pressure Pipes. ISI marked, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply along with all accessories i.e elbows, tees, reducers, couplers, solvent & connectors etc. along with fixing on wall surface with suitable clamp i/c chiselling the wall, grooves cutting on tiles/wall surface and making good of groves by filling cement etc as per site requirement as directed by EIC.

Supply and Fixing of ACP sheet (4 mm thickness) along with Aluminium framing for covering the existing drinking water fountains along with making good of ACP sheets covered with Fountain stickers etc. as per the requirement of site or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
