NOTE (Applicable for all items) :- (i) The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates. (ii) The bidders / contractors are advised to quote same rate for same items as mentioned in Part-I & Part-II, if quored rates are different for same items, lower quoted rate shall be considered for same items as mentioned in Part-I & Part-II. For this account nothing extra shall be admissible by this Deptt. SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (SEWAGE)

Removing carefully the precast cover slabs of septic tanks and Dewatering/ desludging and taking out deposited sludge silt residue of both organic and inorganic nature, mechanically with sewer suction cum jetting Machine mounted on Truck, cleaning the Septic tank / Soakage well by removing solid waste/sludge from the tank removing the sludge from the edge of septic tank after drying and removing the same outside MOD land and land where directed by EIC including applying one coat of linseed oil on the bottom and sides of the septic tanks (inner side) and setting the same covers in old position in CM 1:6 after inspection by Engr-in-Charge and directed for Septic Tank of size 2.35m x 1.10m x 1.5m in LBH Note: Work will be executed in foul condition

Removing carefully the cover slabs of manholes of any size and shape and removing the scum/sludge including any organic or inorganic matters and disposing the same to a distance exc 250m and n.exc 500m where directed and setting the manhole cover old in position in CM 1:6 after inspection by Engr-in-Charge and as directed.

Cleaning carefully 100mm dia pipe with using fresh water for the blockage in CI or SWG pipe of the following sizes in between man holes using mechanically oprated Hydraulic pressure machine equpied with jet and suction pressure cleaning and passing rubber ball through line to ensure all blockage perfectly clear complete all as directed by EIC

All as per Sl Item No 1.03 above but 150mm dia pipe complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of blockage in the floor/nahni traps in kitchen or bath room or sinks by manually or with water jet after carefully removing the old gratingw and refixing the grating in the same position including finishing with white cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Removing carefully the cover slabs of gully traps of any size and shape and removing the scum/sludge including any organic or inorganic matter to a distance exc 250m and n exc 500m and setting the civer slab in old position in CM 1:6 after inspection by Engineer-in-Charge and as directed.

M&L cleaning of the service tanks of capacity upto 500 liters twice (as directed) installed on roofs and 2nd, 3rd, or 4th stories of building at various places by emptying the tanks, by removing the scale and other all other foreign materials deposited on side wall and bottom of the tanks by scraping and brushing with wire brush and cleaning with bleaching powder slurry and allowed to dry and tajk washing and cleaning the tank with fresh water including refixing the top cover of tank properly after cleaning and writing letters such as details of the tanks like date of cleaning, capacity of tank with synthetic enamel paint with letter size 10cm heigh in block colour, over a thick of size 60x 30mm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Sl Item No. 1.07 above but service tanks of capacity above 500 liters and upto 1000 liters.

Cleaning of blockage in the WC "P" traps in toilet up to 1st Manholes by manually or with water jet after carefully removing the connected Caps of pipe and refixing the same in the position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and acessories)

Supply and Fix in repairs 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes for rain water pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including neccesay clamp brackets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes for rain water pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including neccesay clamp brackets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single (Single "T") equal or unequal with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 75mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single (Single "T") equal or unequal with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 75mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) vent cowl of 75mm complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F PVC (SWR) vent cowl of 110mm complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings, etc. n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) as in surface channel, coping etc. and removing debris and rubbish out of the premises complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity Exc 250 and n. exc 500 ltrs capacity.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity Exc 500 and n. exc 1000 ltrs capacity.

S&F 500 litre capacity rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank ( cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as per specified in SSR part-I.

S&F 1000 litre capacity rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank ( cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as per specified in SSR part-I.

S&F PVC ball valves high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe of 20mm bore in repair.

S&F in repair 15 mm dia fancy type CP bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down fixed in repairs.

S&F in repairs 15 mm dia fancy type CP pillar taps, cast copper alloy with capstan head, chromium plated screwed down fixed high pressure, long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe in repairs.

S&F in repairs 15 mm dia CP concealed type stop valves/ angular stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or unions in repairs.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (PATH/CULVERT AND BARRICADING/COMPOUND WALL / FENCING/RETAINING WALL)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings, etc. n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) as in surface channel, coping etc. and removing debris and rubbish out of the premises complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Paving vitrified parking tiles 300 mm x 300 mm x 8 to 10 mm thick (heavy duty), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in foot path with white cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand filling under precast concrete inter locking paver floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Brick work with flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 2.10 above but except bricks (using old size bricks obtained from Sl Item No - 2.08)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished even & smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation newly plastered surface of walls and Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm all as specified and directed .

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, compete all as spd & directed

M & L Cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, post hole, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as spd

S&F GI chain link fencing with 3.15 mm dia galvanised steel wire 75 mm x 75 mm mesh fixed to any type of fencing post with MS fillet and screw bolts all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled mild steel Fe 290(Grde-E-165) as in angle iron post with swan neck (horn) and strut or flat iron in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire etc including necessary drilling , bolting or welding/rivetinge etc complete all as spd & directed

Mild steel round bars Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm and n.exc 15cm long with dia of the neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position

Taking down asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and directed

S&F for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240

M&L 0.45 mm thick pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour as in roof covering with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on New steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete etc.

M & L for Walling of random rubble masonary, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) brought upto course complete as specified.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses

M &L for raised pointed to squared rubble masonry, courseed,or uncoursed CM (1:4) on stone masonry.
