Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling Stone Dust in layers of 150mm thickness well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant std specification including cost of supplying filling Stone Dust Coloumn Foundation

Cement concrete 1:3:6 for foundation using 40mm gauge HBG jelly inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water where ever necessary ramming curing etc.,complete as per Std, Specification and as directed by the Dept, Officers

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

For Super Structure in Ground Floor

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For Slabs, Beam

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Making a ornamental pillar of size 600mm x 600mm and to a height of 16' using necessary sthapathy works. Finishing the bottom pedestal of height 3' 3" with traditional lotus flower and to make it unique and special, above that making a ornamental band with six steps and making a elegant swirl floral vector pattern style to height of 2' 6" from pedestal. Placing a two ornamental piller of dia 6" and to a height of 3'3" to make a welcome statue unique and special. In this two piller, the top is designed with traditional indian and lotus flower model with necessary grooves using sthapathy works. Making pedestal with grooves and making a tradition indian ancient temple design using sthapathy works using ornamental plastering of cm1:2 including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site

Making a ornamental Beam of size 2.0' X 24' to a height of 2' using necessary sthapathy works with approved logos at both ends and lettering work over the beam with slab projection of height 3" above the beam and entablature brick stucco work with unique primium vector sthapathy design work in the middle of the beam of height 2'4" and in corners. and finishing with five step bands of height1'6" over the entablature brick stucco work with narrow strips patterns and finishing four classic precast chattri of height 2'10" x 2' and four classic precast chattri of height 2' x 1' and one elegant & classic precast chattri of height 7'3" x 2'4" in the middle with necessary sthapathy work using ornamental plastering of cm1:2 including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of following thickness in RCC 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggregates), using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Making of a Indian classic elegant welcome statue of height 1.5m in between two ornamental pillers with final ornamental plastering of CM 1:2 and nayam theervai including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour therefore, lifting of materials, all working in heights, curing with water etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Making the top of the Pillar with classical asthetic flower pattern of Height 2'2" and making colunm with bracket stucco work of Height 2'2" with necessary bands around the flower pattern designs and making bottom of the Pillar with classical asthetic flower pattern of Height 2'6" and necessary step band on sides with necessary sthapathy work using ornamental plastering of cm1:2 including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work

Special plastering for R.C.C. slab beam and sunshades with Cement mortar 1:3, 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite Scaffolding charges for Vimanams and Gopurams with casurina posts coconut or palm trees wherever necessary for main, form work and providing with net lawn /PVC mesh coverings, providing ladder arrangements, country wood plank for working, inspection etc. complete, hire charges only for erection, maintenance and removing the same on completion

Vimanam/Gopuram upto 15'-0' Height

Vimanam/Gopuram upto 25'-0' Height

Supplying and fixing mild steel grill Gate including cost conveyance of all materials and fixing in position including priming coat etc complete with standard specifications.

Painting new iron works such as gate, steel doors windows ventilators with two coats of approved quality and color of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floor etc, complete complying with standard specifications..

Painting with multicolour (Panchavarnam) good water based emulsion paint complete for the Vimanams and Gopuram including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges including Artist painter, working in height, lifting of material, cost of brushers etc, complete which including all extra for scaffolding complete.

Painting two coat with approved water based Exterior Emulsion over the cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including clearing preparing the surface curing in all floors including brushes etc., complete as per specification.

Supply and fixing Brass letter (Bold letters) of 10" height using brass dia molding and fixing and MRF letter coating using spray metal and fixing labour chearge neat fixing ect…(one letter near 4kg of brass)
