Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ-150) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for Expansion Joint Treatment by Opening the existing installed system from expansion joint. Rain water pipeline also need to treated with polymer modified mortar. The existing surfaces shall be cleaned properly so as to free from dirt, oil grease, etc Apply mixed Thixotropic epoxy adhesive using a serrated spreader. Remove central masking tape immediately and position non reinforced polymeric membrane with release tape into the high strength repair mortar adhesive. Roll firmly to displace trapped air and to ensure extrusion of thixotropic epoxy adhesive through the edge perforations. Apply a second layer of epoxy adhesive to the full width of the top surface of membrane. Remove central release film from membrane. Finally remove outer edge masking tapes and feather edge the epoxy adhesive ,Put an Aluminum strip 3mm thick and 15mm width at the edge of “L” portion to make the membrane in proper shaped and puncture from lapping portion, Protect the membrane with Aluminum strip (1.2mm STD) followed by nailing system Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 2 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with polymer coated self tapping screws and washer in roof, wall etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fitting and fixing Industrial type automatic powerless (wind driven) roof top Air Ventilator of Size: 24 Inch made with stainless steel of 304 grade, mounted over Aluminium/plain GI base plate. The rate is inclusive of SS air ventilator with necessary mounting arrangements, base plate etc matching with profile roof sheets all complete. The joints between the aluminium corrugated roofing sheet and the base of Air ventilator must be watertight by providing suitable waterproofing materials etc complete in all respect including dismantling old unserviceable ventilator.

Material and labour for dismantling of PGI sheet from joints and refixing the same with new screw including packing the joints properly using approved sealant for preventing leakage of water through joint complete all as specified and directed by the GE. (Note: the rates is inclussive of necessary scaffolding)

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc
