Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes,cables,pipe line,pole etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking out existing street light pole/solar light poles to include removal of PCC, excavation and fixing at new location with excavation work complete all specified and directed.

Taking out the existing unserviceable voltmeter, ammeter, phase indication lamps, CTs of any description and size and S&F digital voltmeter, ammeter, phase indication lamps,fCTs as per existing capacity and sizes all as specified and directed. Make :- L& T equivalant in AE / Enercon /Rishab.

Supply and spreading sand Dry cushioning to cable providing with a layer of sand 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm deep after laying and stretching the cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying sub class `B` bricks laid dry flat transversely along the length of cable with width equal to the length of bricks over sand cushioning as protection cover of cable laid.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in four pole/two pole/HT& LT pole/panel/approach path to sub station n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing all the demolished material outside cantt area

Returning filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified

Removing excavated surplus materials to a distance not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point Note : During excavation/taking out any damage to the existing services like telephone cable,sewage line,electric cable,water supply pipe will be repaired by the contractor at his own arrangement.No extra payment will be born by the deptt on this account.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation for sub base of PCC poles etc complete all as specified and directed

(b) ACB 800A, draw out type, shall confirm to IEC 60947 /IS 13947 (Part 1 & 2). The minimum breaking capacity should be 50KA. Disconnecting the electrical connections from feeder pillar/LT panel, taking down the unserviceable feeder pillar/LT panel from plinth and transportation to workshop for repair. After repair the same will be transported at site & install the original position including making all electrical connections with appropriate size of new lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the broken hinges/unserviceable hinges & door handles from feeder pillar/LT Panel and replace with cold rolled MS hinges of appropriate size through spot welding & Mild steel sliding door bolt including making necessary adjustment for free and smooth movement of panel and 2 coat of powder coated spray painting inside & outside the panel complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the burnt /unserviceable bus bar of any capacity and length, copper cable inter connections including insulators from feeder pillar/LT Panel & replace with appropriate size and capacity of aluminium bus bar & insulators with new S/S nut bolts and washers including appropriate size of copper cable inter connections complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the damaged/deshaped part/portion of the LT Panel/feeder pillar and repalce with new portion of LT panel/feeder pillar made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick including making necessary adjustment and allignment to make the existing feeder pillar/LT Panel to its required shape and size with 2 coats of powder coated spray painting inside and outside the complete panel all as specified and directed.

Earth pit not less than 2.25mtr depth and top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 X 6 mm by means of nuts,bolts & washer etc. Earth strip connected upto main earth point/DBs alongwith 40 mm dia earth protection pipe from top edge of the earth plate to main earth point to be connected and 20mm dia watering pipe light grade with funnel and provn of PCC using cement concrete (1:2:4) mix type B1 ( using 20 mm graded stone agregate) and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick precost RCC (1:2:4) mix type B1 duly reinforced with 8 mm dia of ms bar @ 15 mm CIC with both way lifting arrangement complete including all necessary excavation & earth work all as specified and directed

Supplying laying and testing ductile iron pipe 150mm bore spigot class K-9 as per IS-8329 with inside cement lined complete with push on rubber joints including taking out old unserviceable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Jindal/ Electro steel costing Ltd/ Kesoram. (Earth work for route change/joints shall be measured and paid for separately).

Supply and fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class PN 1.6 flanged ends any pattern with head wheel & brass spindle ISI marked conforming to IS-14846 of 2000 for 150mm bore pipe with jointing material ,flanged joint,rubber gasket 6mm thick, nuts & bolts, washer 10mm thick, including dismantling old one, all complete all as specified and directed. Cutting of existing cast iron pipe line of 150 mm bore in position for inserting CI Special such as tees,bend,coller,tail piece etc for fixing of sluice valves/for branch connection etc. Note:- Exc & earth work,CI Special & sluice valves of size & lead joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of shedule 'A'.

Material and labour for run lead joint including all jointing material such as lead, spun yarn etc for 150mm bore cast iron spigot & socketed pipe & fittings.

Supply and fixing upto 150 mm dia bore DI fittings such as bends, tees collars tail pieces conforming to IS-9523 complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jindal/ Electro steel casting Ltd/ Kesoram.

M & L of Valve pit of size 120 cm x120 cmx 90 cm (internal dimensions), Stone masonry struction,including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/ dense soil,returning,filling,in disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed , PCC in foundation of the mix (1:4:8) Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate),brick masonry in cement mortar (1:4) rendering,12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) internally,finished even and fair and pointing flush externally as the work proceeds in the same mortar. Mild steel angle iron 40x40x6mm frame,MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick with handle and locking arrangment ,painting ,all the exposed MS work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint , a coats of red oxide primer and painting all the MS embedded in PCC with two coats of black bituminous paint etc including opening rod having lenth 1.5 mtr . complete all as specified

M & L for welding the existing water supply Header any size by using electric welding machine & welding electrode for making new branch connectios as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only storage type geyser of capacity 25 ltr 220 volt single phase AC supply, copper tank in metallic body five star rated energy efficient including grouting nos of bolts/studs in wall and making good all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make-Havells as per Cat part No GHWASESWH025 or equivalents in crompton/Bajaj.

Supply and fixing storage type geyser of capacity 25 ltr 220 volt single phase AC supply, copper tank in metallic body five star rated energy efficient including grouting nos of bolts/studs in wall and making good all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make-Havells as per Cat part No GHWASESWH025 or equivalents in crompton/Bajaj.

Supply and Fixing steel water tubing of size 15 mm dia, medium grade,galvanised iron with all Fittings such as sockets,bends,unions,tee, short pieces,nipples,brass nuts and diminishing pieces complete laid in floors ,fixed to walls and ceilings complete all as specified and directed . Make: Prakash surya/Jindal/Tata.

S & F stop valve cast copper alloy with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed down both ends, screwed down for iron pipes or for brass ferrules and fixed of size 15 mm dia.

Supply & Fixing bib taps cast copper alloy 15 mm dia with butterfly handdle screwed down, screwed for iron or for brass ferrule complete all as specified.

Supply and fix single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete one single pole MCB of 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC connection heavy duty with PTMT nut & washers for both ends of size 15 mm dia and 600 mm long complete all as specified.

M&L for Cutting/screwing existing steel water tubing for additions or alterations complete all as specified.
