S&F for Aluminum powder coated frame with doors shutters, with one or more rebates, Aluminum Partitions sides and middle sections , Aluminum powder coated sliding three track windows of frame with shutters and Fixed types Aluminum ventilators with louvers including fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron. (b) Weight of Aluminum sections to be measured only and misc items i.e rubber beading rollers handles, hinges and tower bolts and door stoppers, window locks etc deemed to including the quoted rates. (c) Wire mesh, Glass, door closer and Mortise lock will be measured and paid separately.

S&F for Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer in- charge. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and 1.40mm average width of aperture and fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sl item No. 14 above but fixed in repair to aluminium fixed / sliding windows, aluminium ventilators, wooden wire mesh doors, PVC wire mesh doors including teak wood beading for wooden doors etc etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.
