Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling expanded metal, any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wooden fillets, if any, weight per sq m not exc 4.0 kg complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted of forged into spikes; framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150 x 100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position,including closing after filling in complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, including ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width, of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers in cement mortar 1:3, 10 mm thick first layer and 5 mm thick outer layer mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of WPC.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing old plaster, algae, dust and fungi from wall surfaces of static water tanks by pressurized washing, repairing damaged area and applying water proofing treatment as mentioned below as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Rendering 6 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound and bonding agent as per manufacturer's recommended ratio. (b) Applying two coats of heavy duty cementatious water proofing coating. (c) Finally rendering 6 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound and bonding agent as per manufacturer's recommended ratio.

M & L for removing old plaster, algae, dust and fungi from floor surfaces of static water tank by pressurized washing, repairing damaged area and applying water proofing treatment as mentioned below as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Providing 15 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 and rendering 6 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound and bonding agent as per manufacturer 's recommended ratio. (b) Applying two coats of heavy duty cementatious water proofing coating (c) Finally rendering 6 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound and bonding agent as per manufacturer's recommended ratio and conducting ponding test for 5 days.

Supply and installation of following traffic sign board made with made of high intensity retro reflective sheeting on both sides as approved by IRC / MORTH with message and graphics made retro reflective sheeting reflective tape, duly plotter cut, of approved color, to be pasted on and including 2mm thick aluminium sheet fixed on back frame, made of angles of size 25 x 25 x 5mm, with 2 nos angles of size 65 x 65 x 5mm including excavation for post holes, refilling with PCC 1:4:8 after fixing angles complete all as specified and directed.
