Clean removal of cement plaster from walls and clearing away the debrises from the site as directed by the engineer at site including scaffolding charges, cost of labours, lead, lift, tools & plants, etc., complete.

Special plastering with C.M.1:3, 10 mm thick for RCC works with Nitobond AR mixed in cement mortar at 250ml/bag of cement after one coat of Nitozinc primer in the exposed rods including plasticiser at the rate of 100 ml per bag of cement, all other materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.

Plastering in walls with C.M 1:5, 12 mm thick including plasticiser at the rate of 100 ml per bag of cement, all other materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.

White washing two coats with shell lime for ceiling including putty, cost of all other materials, labours, lead, lift, scaffolding, safety measures, etc., complete.

Providing two coats of ready mixed Plastic emulsion painting of approved colour & quality over one coat of emulsion primer on outer walls including putty, cost of all other materials, scaffolding charges, safety measures like belt, rope, thorough scrapping, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Wiring with 2x4 sq.mm(56/0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall & ceiling with PVC accessories with 150x100x113mm TW switch box in flush with wall with 3mm thk. hylem sheet cover for 15A 3 pin flush type non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour, with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC power plug point.

Supply and fixing of 375 mm ( 15" ) sweep ( light duty ) AC exhaust fan complete without provision of holes in the wall etc., complete.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box inflush with wall with 5A F.T. switch covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thk. with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC light point / fan point (For electronic regulator).

Supply & fixing of single box type 4'36 W flu fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting .

Supply & fixing of 1200mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300 W regulator with 1m. down rod with fan clamp with side plates & cross arm of size 450mm (18").
