M&L for maintenance and servicing of DG SET complete, drain out engine oil from the sump , flushing the sump thoroughly and replacing the fuel filter elements,super bypass filter element , oil filter elements , air filler and filling the starting batteries with elecrtrolite where required to be maintain the required specific gravity, applying the petroleum jelly in battery terminal poles and charging , cleaning the entire DG set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer, replacement of engine oil coolent and checking of voltage ,frequency, amps , fuel, oil , water level and exhuast leakage ...etc .Tightening all the bolts & nuts to the required torque ..etc and testing as directed by Engineer In Charge for 40 KVA DG set to 62.5 KVA Make - Cummins/ Kirlosker/ installed at S/ stn No Alpha bldg, New pump house)

All as per item No-1 but 100 to 250 KVA installed at simulator, computer centre, Arjun auditoruim, Emi/EMC, CEAD, design house

All as per item No-1 but 05 KVA installed at Seminar lect Hall

All as per item No-1 but 380 to 500 KVA installed at ABDC, S/Stn no.01 ,Covetech

Note : (i) Radiator Coolant & Engine oil will be paid Separetly under relevant items. (ii) All the filters will be paid sepatetely

Disconnecting all incoming and out going rubber hose and drain out the water from choked radiator assembly of the following various capacities of DG sets and taking down the radiator assembly by unscrewing all mechanical connections from the existing mounting, cleaning throughly the choked pipe of radiator by using detergent like caustic soda, cotton waste etc. Cleaniing of all the diposited sediments in the pipes, soldering/braging the leakage pipe , after completion of above works, and fixing the same to its original position with suitable size of nut , bolts and washers etc for the following DG sets all as specified and directed.

Taking down the unserviciable water hose pipe complete and belt kit and supply and fix of new complete water hose pipe and belt kit of DGset , after completion of above works, and fixing the same to its original position with suitable size of nut , bolts and washers etc and testing for the following DG sets all as specified and directed.DG set installed at CEAD, EMI/EMC, Auditoruim, simulator) Note : Minor nut , bolts and screw deemed to the quoted rate

Supply and re-filling/topping up of engine oil 15 W 40 in sealed drum after taking out un-serviceable engine oil from oil sump of DG Sets of any capacity. Make : Valvoline / Castrol super/ equivalent as approved by AGE (i)

Servcing of AMF panel suitable for 250 KVA DG set including replacing of the unserviceable minor spare parts as per the existing capacity include settting of timer timer for delay, DC voltmeter, Ammeter, emergency stop, line operating monitoring relay, push button etc including painting with two coats of super enamel paint, testing on Load complete all to the satisfaction of Engr-in charge.

Servcing of AMF panel suitable for 500 KVA DG set including replacing of the unserviceable minor spare parts as per the existing capacity,include settting of timer timer for delay, DC voltmeter, Ammeter, emergency stop, line operating monitoring relay, push button etc including painting with two coats of super enamel paint, testing on Load complete all to the satisfaction of Engr-in charge.

M&L for replacement of micro control panel suitable for 250 KVA DG set , complete testing on /off load and auto start all to the satisfaction of Engr-in charge. S&F in replacement of lub oil temperature gauge of suitable for DG Set capacity 250 KVA to 500KVA ,All as specified and directed

Disconnecting and dismentling the fuel pump assembly from its original position by opening of bolts and nuts, renewing of pump repair kit and fuel pipe refixing the same after overhouling including caliberation complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of battery terminal of (2P) including bolts & nuts for batteries of capacity upto 12 Volt 180 AH, suitable for DG sets of capacity 40 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of battery inter connection copper cable including bolts & nuts for batteries of capacity upto 12 Volt 180 AH, suitable for DG sets of capacity 250KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed

Supply and replacement of lead acid Battery 12V, 160 AH including dd. Make : Exide/Amaron

Taking down defective self starter 12 Volt of DG set of cap from 62.5 KVA DG set t servicing/overhauling including replacing of worn out parts like solenoid, bearing, carbon brush, rewinding the starter motor winding, etc. and refitting the same after making serviceable for smooth functioning in all respect all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M &L for Removing the fuel injection pump (FIP) & injectors from DG set cap 62.5 KVA to 280 KVA and carry out servicing and calibration including replacement of injectors nozzles, etc. and refitting the same for smooth and efficient functioning all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :-Repairs will be carried out from authorised workshop of manufacturer of DG set.

M & L for XLPE PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric caludble with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade 3.5 core 70 sqmm laid in trench/duct/wall etc complete including taking down unserviceable cable all asspecified and directed

M & L for XLPE PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric caludble with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade 3.5 core 240 sqmm laid in trench/duct/wall etc complete including taking down unserviceable cable all asspecified and directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cms of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5M depth in hard/dense soil for laying of cable, pipes etc and getting out incl making good existing level of the surface all as specified and directed.

Removing the surplus excavated materisl/soil to a distance not exc 50Mtrs and depositing, where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread sand for sand cushioning of cables in trenches all as specified in MES Schedule Part-I and all as directed. Note: Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supply and lay in trenches, old burnt sub class 'B' bricks as specified and all as directed.

M&L for preparation old painted surface, painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer on surfaces of Generator outer side complete all as specified and directed.
