Supply & Installation of microcomputer/ microprocessor based Auto/Manual Traffic Sequence Controller including providing of cabinet, Junction box and other accessories necessary to equip the Controller fully. All controller shall be full equipped to meet method of control specified for given intersection and shall be capable of expansion, upgradation including synchronisation with set of signals on site at future date. Controller shall be equipped for taking seven phases, including Pedestrian phases. Controllers shall be capable of operating in the following modes. a) Fixed Time) Demand Dependents per plan) Manual) Flashing. There should be a provision of 24 set of plan a day and to be operated 12 V DC.

Supply and Installation of Polycarbonate signal aspects of size 300 mm dia. including Light Emitting Diode (LED) display units, visor, lenses of appropriate colour brackets, frame works, clamping bars, flexile wire, flexile pipes etc. for side mounting, writing etc. for per aspect of signal head.

Installation of MS 3.2 mtr Cantilever arm on the existing Sraight Pole by supplying new Cantilever Arm.

Supply and Installation of 2 Nos. Poly Crystalline Solar Panels of 100 W/12 V power rating and size 666mm X 1066mm X 35 mm on each poles and 2nos. of controller along with the necessary harness to keep it firmly in its place (as per the satisfaction of the inspecting Engineer).

Supply and laying of PVC insulated underground cable 1100 V grade as per ISI ,conductor of approximate core and length with ISI mark . A) 2 core (1.5 sqmm size-Copper )

Supply and Installation of PVC charges controller 12 V 20 AMP DC PWM for a stable current and volatage generation along with a battery( no less than 200AH) that is to be safely in box weided by the side of the pole.

Supply and Installation of Router to communicate with the pole and controller with their mounting.

Supply and fixing of manual operator console with display and other controller.

Supply and Installation of piller box of size 450 mm X 600 mm X 1200 mm (height) made out of CR sheet of 5 mm thick to house controller, switches etc. complite as per satisfaction of Engineer -in - Charge.

Supply and Installation of piller box of size 750 mm X 600 mm X 1200 mm (height) made out of CR sheet of 5 mm thick to house controller,electric meter ,switches etc. complite as per satisfaction of Engineer -in - Charge.

Interconnection,termination glanding and commissioning charges etc.Complete.
