Supply of 150 W LED flood light luminiare made up of high pressure die cast aluminium/standard alloy and complete with all standard accessories like approved make LEDs, integrated electronic driver, mounting arrangement etc. and suitable for use on 230 volts, 50 Hz, single phase, AC supply complete as required as per technical specifications.

Supply of 70 W LED street light luminiare made up of high pressure die cast aluminium/standard alloy and complete with all standard accessories like approved make LEDs, integrated electronic driver, mounting arrangement etc. and suitable for use on 230 volts, 50 Hz, single phase, AC supply complete as required as per technical specifications.

Installation, connection, testing and commissioning of above LED flood light luminiare including supply of 3 C 2.5 sqmm cable, wiring for light fixtures etc. complete as required.

Design, supply and fixing of counter weight in standard shape and size suitable for balancing of existing 20 m height mast (Make: Bajaj) after installation of LED fixtures etc. complete as required.

Dismantling and shifting of existing HPSV/ MH/ Halogen light fixture along with their control box, interconnected wiring etc. from existing light high mast and deposit to AAI store including transportation, shifting from site to store etc. complete as required.

Design and construction of suitable shallow foundation with reinforced cement concrete for the 20 M height high mast available in AAI store, considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqm at 2 meter depth, including Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special grade steel, nuts, bolts, washer, anchor plate, template, suitable dia DWC HDPE pipe for cable entry etc. complete as required.

Shifting, assembling, erection on the existing foundation, testing and commissioning of above High Mast system with all its accessories, LED flood lights, lightening finial, aviation obstruction lights, supply and fixing of 32 A, 10 kA, FP MCB etc. complete as required. This job includes the shifting of HM and accessories from existing location to installation site within AAI premises.

Supply of motor suitable for lowering and lifting arrangement of lights for above high mast complete as required.

Supply and laying of required length of 5 core x 2.5 sqmm EPR insulated, PCP sheathed, copper conductor flexible cable as per IS 9968, Part-I amended upto date and suitable for above flood light high mast towers etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of cubical type totally enclosed free standing, outdoor (IP 54) LT panel of approximate size 1150 mm(l) x 900 mm(h) x 350 mm(w) and including supply & fixing of mounting legs, all civil works like excavation, PCC, brick work pedestal, plastering, refilling etc. and as per specification as required. This item includes the safely transportation of panel from AAI store to site and minor modification in wiring, interconnection etc. as per site requirement for successful commissioning of panel.

Supply of 1 Meter height, 100 mm dia Frangible FRP pole including suitable base plate, nuts, bolts and necessary arrangement for installation of 350 W LED flood light fixtures on the pole complete as required.

Installation of FRP pole by construction 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement concrete foundation of approximate size 400 mm x 400 mm x of 500 mm depth including excavation, finishing, leveling etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of weather proof loop in loop out junction box with knock not for cable entry and suitable for termination of 4x16 sqmm cable, provision of 6 Amp C-Series SP MCB, terminal blocks etc. complete as required.

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of vermin proof, dust proof, front operated, cubicle type, double door, floor mounted, outdoor LT panel made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly rust inhibited, stove enameled, powder coated paint, fully compartmentalized complete with double hinged front door with lockable arrangement etc. including necessary iron angle stand, control wiring etc. and including following: (a) 25 A, 4 pole power contractor - 05 Nos. (b)Connecting strip suitable for 16 core 2.5 sqmm control cable - 01 Set. (c) Power cable termination connector suitable for 4 core 25 sqmm aluminium conductor cable - 02 Nos. (01 for incoming & 01 for outgoing cable). (d) Necessary modification in existing LT panel of high mast to make suitable for remote operation etc. complete as per site requirement.

Disconnection, shifting, end termination, testing and commissioning of following power/control cables from one panel to another complete as per required. (a) 4 core 25 sqmm aluminium conductor power cables - 04 Sets. (b) 16 core 2.5 sqmm control cable - 01 No. (c) Supply, laying & end termination of suitable size copper / aluminium conductor power cable between existing panel and this panel - 04 Set. (d) Control cable looping including end termination.

Making remote control connection for 04 nos. High Mast in control panel of control desk in ATC tower for individual on-off control of each high mast including identification of cores of existing control cable at junction box in CCR hall and control desk in ATC tower, testing commissioning etc. complete as required.

Supply of 4 C 16 sqmm size of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of grade 1.1 KV, alluminium conductor armoured cable confirming to IS 7098 (Part - I) with up to date amendments complete as required as per technical specifications.

Laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. (Pipe shall be supplied by the AAI, Udaipur Airport)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of upto 35 sq. mm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL / HDPE pipe / cable trench as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4 x 16 Sqmm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Laying and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring washer, excavation and re-filling etc. as required. (Strip & Pipe shall be supplied by the AAI, Udaipur Airport)

Laying and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required. (Strip shall be supplied by the AAI, Udaipur Airport)
