Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry and built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 40 mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring or mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for ceramic tiles exterior grade 300 x 300 x 10mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6) and roughening of exc concrete surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of existing block masonry complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) but except stone complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Serviceable stone obtained from demolition shall be used.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exceeding 20mm & dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought up to courses complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Raised pointing in CM (1:4) to squared rubble masonry, squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L Providing PCC type C1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate in win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts baluster(100mmX100mm-required height), boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete Type D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete including demolition of cement concrete of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zine coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50mm thick any colour having tensile strenght 550Mpa in roof coverings fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The rate quoted by the tenderer shall deemed to inclusive of the followings :- (i) The fixing of Galvalume roof sheet as in sun-shades & in walls at certain places to be fixed by making of grooves cutting 75mm minimum and making good to match with existing specifications (ii) The pattern and design of sunshades shall be complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A including dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red- oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing path & finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Pattern of interlocking tile to be rubber moulded or equivalent as approved by GE. (ii) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed inclusive of PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) packing and finished even and fair to the sides of pavement.

M & L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 35mm thick precast cement concrete louvers and jallies type C-0 (1:3:6) using 12.50mm graded aggregate (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling Trellis work (Jafri) one way, including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick, in cement mortar (1:4) on stone masonry wall surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
