Cleaning of drains by excavating of the filled earth. Vegetation and all forged material average width 45 cm & depth 50cm and removing the excavated material to a distance exc. 50m and not exc. 250m complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/granite flooring including cement mortar bedding /backing coat and removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description not otherwise specifically provided for as in foundation etc., complete all as directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sunken floor/foundation/mass filling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm grade crushed stone aggregate) concrete 30mm thick as sunken floor even and fair to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed

M/L Rendering 15mm thick as in sunken portion on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished fair and even including mixing of WPC in mortar complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: - Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L water proofing treatment with polymeric standard membrane of weight not less than 3Kg/Sqm with 90 micro high molecular high density polyethylene film sand witched between two layers of poly meric (atactic poly propylene based) bitumen laminated on both sides with 20 micron HMHDPE film over a coat of hot blow bitumen of 85/25 grade applied at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm after priming the surfaces with bituminous emulsion at the rate of 100gms per Sqm duly 10cm over lapped and shall be fused uniformly by LPG torch flame on horizontal/ vertical surface of sunken floors complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs 40mm dia GI medium grade pipe as in spouts 45cm long including making in holes in RCC and making good in cement mortar 1:1/PCC (1:2:4) complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm as in floor finishes set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match to complete all as specified and as directed.
