Dismantling of transformer removing all the base nut /Bolt and disconnecting incoming HT cable connection as well as outgoing connection with bus duct
Dismantling the complete transformer. Removing the top cover, oil tank silica gel breathers and cooling fans etc.
Cleaning the core and coils with hot oil vacuum machine &
Cleaning the transformer tank removing the sludges and silt
Replacement of 0.4 KV LT bushing
Heating the LT & HT Winding with inductance heating, removing the moisture from coils and core Improvement of IR value of HT and LT winding
Replacement of op cover gasket & insulator gasket oil seal for stopping the leakage
Tapping the HT connection lead with Kraft tape
Topping up of transformer oil in T/R
Dehydration of transformer oil
Replacement of Silica gel
Replacement f complete hardware items/Nut bolt etc.
Checking and testing the transformer winding with HI POT testing IR value voltage ratio etc.
Assembling the complete transformer & installation the same and testing on load at site
