Demolition of bricks (laid flat or on edge) Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar , channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls,and surfce finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick laid on edge with width equal to length of brick bedded & jointed in CM (1:6) and pointed in CM (1:3) complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M&L for brick using subclass `B' bricks laid flat on both side of drain using old size of brick bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Materials and Labour for brick work with Sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed (Make : CICO No- 1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF).

Taking out deposited mud, silt, waste etc. form drains or channels width of bed not exceeding 90 cm and removing upto 500 metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia. and over up to and including 10 mm dia. in stirrups, spacers, binders etc. cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
