Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in drain cover slab including necessary form work and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as directed.

S&F Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer on new steel surfaces not exceeding 10cm width or girth including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes class NP2 of 600mm bore laid and jointed complete with collers including demolition old pipe complete all as specified and directed

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the sides of drain by removing all vegetation, roots, shrubs etc, and removing the spoil to a distance exc 250 mtr but n exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joint laid in trenches or in floors/wall complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick /stone masonary/pcc block masonry built in CM including all quoins all as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble , uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed.

M&L 100 mm thick plain cement concrete, type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path, hard standing, bed including necessary use and waste of form work/screed strips to divide the area in panels complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base of floor all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of drain complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching and similar works including weathering slightly rounded on chamfered angle and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base of floor all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for river sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed. Note: For payment purpose only, consolidated thickness shall be considered for measurement.

M&L for rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness, M - 35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finish all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300x300x 25 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with grey pigment cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for heavy duty ceramic coloured tiles of size 400x400x 10 mm thick, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls, any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster all as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming to layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type all as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) of any section, embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc., including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n. exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain Link mild steel galvanised fencing , any size or type, all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC coated chain link mild steel galvanised fencing including line wires, 4mm dia wire and 50x50mm pitch, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel deformed bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs mild steel galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 43 but except barbed wire including restraininig & resecuring of existing barbed wire including making good staples etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Galvanised MS Concerrtina coil fencing of 600mm dia, centre to centre barbs distance 48mm, Thickness of strip 0.50mm, length of barb 10.50mm, Dia of Spring wire 2.50mm, No of spiral (No of Turn ) 50/51 per coil Clips per spiral 5 Nos, Approximate weight 8.00 to 8.50 KG/ per coil ( Recommended coil stretch lenght 6 mtr ) and confirming to IS and as Manufacturers instuction and laying and secured with barbad wire/ Iron angle by using neccesary securing clips all a specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) to old decorated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel framed workas in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls including priming plastered surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.
