M & L for chipping , removing, carefullly concrete work by low impact Hammer ,breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the MD land complete as directed by Engr -in-Charge. Note - i) Hard concrete should not be removed by force. ii) The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

M & L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surface free from loose material dirt etc, complete applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer (i.e. rust remover) FEOVERT conforming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars (measurement shall be on the basis of exposed concrete) (Make : Feovert of Krishna Conchem, Roff rust cleaner of Pidilite, Dr Fixit Rust remover, Shali Rust Off of STP Ltd)

M & L for providing and applying two coats of anti-rust protective coating in the form of Acrylic Polymer mixed with Cement in (1:1.5) proportion (1 part polymer and 1.5 parts Cement) on rebars after cleaning of rust scales as per manufacturers instruction (measurement on the basis of exposed concrete area). M & L for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster or micro concreting conforming ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bonding between old concrete and new concrete

M&L for providing and applying jacketting around columns/beams with micro concrete (Molith-MC) M-40 including all lifts, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as directed including provision and erection of steel props (about 14' height and supporting with a continious 2" x 3" wooden runner, resting on wedge and block minimum capacity 1 ton ), erecting props at a distace of 60cm centre to centre bothways to support the structure provisionally during repair and jacketing and maintaining them in position till the completion of the work. M & L for complete removal of existing treatment including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted wall surfaces, filling holes and cracks with filling putty on wall and applying one coat of wall care putty not less than 1mm thickness and making the surface even and smooth using emery paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified..
