Taking down carefully unserviceable copper /aluminium point wiring (light fan, socket or power) complete (including fittings such as switches ceiling roses pendants, regulators, sockets etc.) and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc with its original specification complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for One light point controlled by one switch with cables 1.5 sq.mm size FR grade PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable,1100 volts grade as per IS-694 drawn through and including PVC casing and capping (not less than 20mm wide) complete with all fittings and acessories including PVC board for mounting of switches, sockets, regulators, etc and 1.5 sq mm stranded copper conductor cable FR grade PVC insulated and unsheathed as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Make:-Crompton, Cat No.LCTLN-10-CDL or its equivalent in Philips/ Wipro as approved by GE.

Supply and drawing submain wiring with two runs of single core 6 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multistrand, unsheathed conductor drawn into PVC casing and caping and all necessary fittings including 6 sqmm multi strand FRLS PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dolly including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Two run of single core cable and one run earth wire will be measured as one Rm of sub main wiring.

-Ditto- all as per Ser Item No.32 above but two single core 4 Sqmm for phase & neutral and one single core 4 Sqmm for earth wire complete all as specified and directed.. NOTE:- Two run of single core cable and one run earth wire will be measured as one Rm of sub main wiring.

Supply and fixing SP&N DBs, double door, 240 volt, 8 way complete all as specified and directed. MAKE:- Indo-Asian Cat part No. 811807 or equivalent of make Havells / Legrand / L&T as approved by GE.

Supply and fix SP&N DBs, double door, 240 volt, 4 way complete all as specified and directed. MAKE:- Indo-Asian Cat part No. 811805 or equivalent of make Havells / Legrand / L&T as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing VTPN DB , 415 volt, 4 way, 200Amp rated alimunium Bus Bar with metal door with incomming MCCB 160 amp,4 pole, 16KA complete all as specified and directed. MAKE:- Indo-Asian, Cat part No. 811893 for DB and Cat part No. 830095 for MCCB or equivalent of make Havells / Legrand / L&T as approved by GE.

M&L for MCB single pole, 240 volts, 6-32 Amps, 10 KA, B-curve complete all as specified and directed. MAKE:- Indo-Asian Cat part No. 811015 or equivalent of make Havells / Legrand / L&T as approved by GE.

M&L for MCB single pole & neutral 240 volts 6-32Amps, 10 KA, B-curve complete all as specified and directed. MAKE:- Indo-Asian Cat part No. 811034 or equivalent of make Havells / Legrand / L&Tas approved by GE.

Taking down unserviceable Ceiling fan / exhaust fan/ wall fan including ceiling cable of any size / sweep and make by disconnecting electric connection, dismantling blades, down rod and removing ceiling fan to MES store yard of AGE E/M (AF) Jorhat for checking, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Repair / painting shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item here-in after.

M&L for opening startor of ceiling fan of 1200mm / 1400mm sweep cleaning of fan parts, greasing of moveable parts and re-assembling, after repair, testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Replacement of unserviceable parts such as burnt coil, ball bearing, bush, capacitor, etc. shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as mentioned here-in-after.

M&L for taking out burnt coil of ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, cleaning the segments complete and re-winding the same with super enamelled copper wire of same gauge and same weight with insulation paper, varnishing and heating complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser Item No. 43 above but ceiling fan of 1400mm Sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for re-connecting the ceiling fan / exhaust fan / wall fan of any sweep after repair and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Hanging only Ceiling fan of any sweep and make and connecting up electric connection from ceiling rose to connector of fan including cable of required size for connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to 32 x 6mm size GI strip as earthing lead by means of nut, bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 32 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to test point or as directed including PCC Pit in plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and RCC Cover of size 450X450X50mm in RCC 1:2:4, type B1, (20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with and including 8.0mm dia TMT Bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways, Galvanised Iron Wire Mesh, funnel, galvanised iron watering pipe 20mm bore (dia), medium grade, including necessary excavation as in soft / loose soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil upto a distance of 50.00 mtr and all as shown in electrical Plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I and testing on completion, including taking down old unserviceable earthing set complete all as specified and directed.
