Drain Section (50X60) Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (Loamclay or sand) including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m. and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Ell up to a distance of 30m. from the foundation trenches including all T&P phowersh and basket etc. complete..

Cement Concrete with 4cm. gauge approved stone ballast approved coarse sand and cement in the propartion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc required for proper completion for the work.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20mm. gauge approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including S/o all materials required for proper completion of the work. S.I.NO. 284A

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured.

Drain Section (1.00X1.20) Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out in all Kinds of soil.

Providing and laying M-7.5 Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1Cement :4 fine sand : 8 graded Stone aggreagate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering and curing complete. All work up to plinth level.
