Following Works are to be Carried out for Periodic / Routine Checking, Servicing, Overhauling & Maintenance of 1 No. L.T. ACDB (comprising of 2 No. Incomer ACBs & 1 No. Bus Coupler ACB) Installed each at 132KV Substations Aonla, Bisauli & Usawan alongwith other associated Works under E.T.D. Budaun during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.03.2020 to 28.02.2021, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&P etc. required for Satisfactory Completion of the Works as per Direction of the Supervising Engineer : (i) Annual Servicing & Overhauling of 09 No. 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 625 Amp. Air Circuit Breakers (06 No. ACBs installed in Incomer & 03 No. ACB installed in Bus Coupler). The Work involves Checking of Spring Charging Mechanism, Push Button Operation, Cleaning of ARC Chute Assembly, Spring Lever Mechanism including Changing of C.T., other Misc. Parts, if found defective. (1 Job for each ACB)

Bi-Annual Preventive& Routing Maintenance Work of 3 No. ACDBs. The Work involves Replacement of damaged Bus Bar, Contractor, Relay, Heat Shrinkable Sleeve, Aux. Switch, Knob, Moving Contact, Rotary Switch, Fuse, Indication Lamp, Ammeter, Voltmeter etc., whenever required / found defective. The Work also includes Making Arrangement for Proper Closing of the Panel by Repairing of Panel including Replacement of damaged Rubberized Beading of Panel Door. The Material shall be Provided by the Department Free of Cost, as per requirement. (1 Job for each ACDB per six Month)

Bi-Annual Routine Testing of 09 No. ACBs (2 Times in a Year) alongwith associated Over Current Relay, Earths Fault Relay, MCCB etc. for their Proper Operation & Tripping. The Work also includes Setting of Plug Multiplier Setting, Time Multiplier Setting etc., as required. (1 Job for each ACB per Bi-Annual Testing)
