Fabrication, supply and fixing of 900x600x300mm double compartment open type 3 phase Metering box made up of suitable (14 SWG) MS sheet angle iron frame work with door lock and key arrangement mounted on suitable angle iron support from ground. Including of 3 nos of 100A, 440V fuse unit, 1 no of 4 pole 100A isolator, Automatic street light ON/OFF controlling timer unit with earth plate and internal connection with 7/20 PVC unsheathed copper conductor and Compartment having with weather proof powder coated painting of suitable colour concerting and construction of masonry work for pedestal etc., complete as per std. specification.

Supply, Fabrication & Erection of 6.0 mts long hot dip Galvanized Octagonal single arm pole with BSEN-10025 :2019, Grade S 355 JO/JR, IS 2062:2011, Grade -E350 BR, steel plate for shaft, IS 875 for base plate size of 220x220x12 mm with 3 mm thick, door opening arrangement, including the supply of suitable boards with bakelite sheet and MCB's as per IS specification suitable to withstand the wind speed of 180 KMPH for 6 mts height pole having dimensions bottom 130 mm, top 70mm with 3mm thick, and 4 Nos. of 600 mm long J bolts along with template and including fabrication, erection and supply of 1 Mtr long decorative Single arm bracket complete with dooms either sides complete with all accessories as per the requirement at site and as per the directions of the field engineers during execution for finished item of work and with construction of RCC pedestal including erection of pole and excavation of 0.6x0.6x1.0 M size and M25 RCC ready mix cement concrete of size 0.6x0.6x1.2 M pedestal with necessary HYSD steelreinforcement around 18 kgs Fe-510 grade with 8 Nos of 12mm dia and 9 nos of 8 mm dia stirrups duly embedding with supplied of 4 nos 24mm dia 600 mm long J type foundation bolts, 4 core fuse box with fuse unit glands, clamp, bolt and nuts etc., with GI earthing coil of 8 SWGx11.5 mts complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying of 1.1 KV Grade, 4 Core x 16 Sq.mm XLPE Armoured Aluminium UG Cable as per specification confirming to IS:7098 in trenches through existing HDPE pipe and giving connections to street light poles.

Supply and laying of 40 mm HDPE pipes for laying of UG Cable.

Supply & fixing of 3 core 2.5 sq. mm flexible copper cable from Fuse box to LED street light for Proving electrical power supply.

Supply and Fixing of 90 W LED street light luminaire made of pressure die-cast/extruded Aluminium body with powder coating/paint, having protective toughened glass/PC diffuser as per technical mentioned in the tender document sheet.

Supply and Fixing of 120 W LED street light luminaire made of pressure die-cast/extruded Aluminium body with powder coating/paint, having protective toughened glass/PC diffuser as per technical mentioned in the tender document sheet.

Earth excavation for Hard/Dense soil for laying UG Cable with HDPE Hose for providing power supply to each light point over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in trenches

Returning, filling , including spreading, surface levelling, after laying of UG cable.

Supply & Fixing of 80 mm GI Pipe for culvert crossing if any casing/covering etc.,

Demolishing of cement concrete not exceeding 15cm thickness below the ground level for laying UG Cable etc.,
