Required2.1a P.W.D Registration Certificate Class-IV and Above, GST, PAN details

Required3.2b To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 Satisfactorily completed at least one Similar work for other category of value not less than 50 percent of the cost of the work as prime contractor for Rs.10.00 Lakhs of the cost of the work. Work done certificate with E-procurement Indent number and issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent.

Required3.6a Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity - AxNx2.50 - B Where, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 3/12 year.

Required3.2A To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years Period a achieved in at least Two financial years an average financial turnover of Rs.20.00 Lakhs in all cases of works only Usually Not less than the Estimated annual payments under this contract Certified by Charted account UDIN certificate with P and L Account.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)
