SCHEDULE `A' PART - XII MISC ITEMS (To be quoted by the tenderer)

SEWAGE DISPOSAL M & L for on site LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc complete for 10 users with upflow filter including media complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.80 M X 4.50 M effective depth complete all as specified and as directed.

.EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix 4 Pole MCCB 63 to 100 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 25 KA along with metallic enclosure duly powder coated having provision to fix complete enclosure on wall/existing panel board with all necessary accessories all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of LT control panel board "out-door type" of size 1000 mm (height) x 1000 mm (breadth) x 500 mm (depth) (minimum dimensions) factory fabricated CPRI approved (type-tested) with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-55 & general construction confirming to IS-13947, double door, front & back openable. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & tinned copper bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape/sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming ACB/MCCB rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick (for outer portions) & 2.0 mm thick (for inner portions) CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting angle iron frame & MC channel base suitable for 3 Ph, 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade incl complete internal wiring with not less than 2.5 sqmm copper wire incl cable glands of suitable sizes incl suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation , necessary earthwork (if any) complete all as specified & as directed with & including the following accessories :

BUS-BAR & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS : The bus-bars shall be made up of 04 Nos high grade tinned copper 200 A rated, duly insulated with 1100 V grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves & rigidly mounted on suitable sized "F" class insulators of non-hygroscopic, non-combustible, all internal connections from main bus-bars to switch gears etc.

PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY : The provision for cable entry/exit shall be provided in the bottom for both incoming & out-going cables with the help of glands matching the existing LT cable sizes. INCOMING : (a) MCCB 4P (Ics = 100% Icu) with fixed short circuit & overload setting, having breaking capacity 25 KA & of rating 100 A - 01 Nos. OUTGOINGS : (a) MCCB 4P (Ics = 100% Icu) with thermal magnetic release, having breaking capacity 16 KA & of rating 63 - 02 Nos (b) Timer switch 415 V, 3 Phase of 20 A rating with Contactor complete. (c) MCB TPN "C" series having breaking capacity 10 KA of rating 06 to 32 A - 04 Nos.

External water supply M&L for construction of brick masonary valves pit of internal dimensions 900mm x 900 mm x 900 mm complete and fabrication of 3.15 mm thick MS Sheet cover and angle iron frame made out of 50mm x 50mm x 6 mm MS angle iron and one side provided with hinge with locking arrangement & duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary earth work and PCC work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Internal Electrification M&L for TV socket outlet complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F LED lamp 9 W 3 star rated with minimum 945 lumen output, B22 holder complete all as specified and as directed

S&F LED 24W 1x1 flat panel for surface mounting, aesthetically designed which provides soft-light and glare free symmetrical illumination with PMMA diffuser and extruded aluminium housing complete with all accessories for necessary wiring and fixing arrangement

Supply and fix on wall with bracket arm made out of GI medium grade tube of 40mm dia,1.5 meter long bend to shape 120 degree and 2 Nos of MS Clamp 25x4mm of required lengh/size with one coat of red oxide & two coat of silver metallic paint complete.

S&F MCCB Vertical TPN DB 12 way having degree of protection as per IP 43-IK09 with metal door (double door) 415 Volts complete copper bus bar with neutral link with provision for MCCB TPN as incomer and MCB TP, SP MCBs as outgoing with blanking plates etc, complete all as directed

Supply and installation of energy efficient water heater storage type electric complete of capcity 50 ltr including making connection of inlet and out let hot and cold water connection unsing PVC water connction pipes and testing after complete installation. (Note : Qouted rate deems to be include Hot & Cold PVC water connection) Model Monza DX Make Havells or equivalent in Bajaj & Racold

Supply and fixing brass cromium plated bib cock long body brass faucet for hot water screwed down for iron pipe of size 15mm bore.
