Providing 2nd class kail wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. Sawn an built up in position complete including all taxes and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts as per specification as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. Providing and fixing 20 mm ( twenty millimetre) thick plain skirting/lining with butt jointing/ making groovs of required patteren including fixing of moulding at the top/ bottom/ at corners and polishing complete in 1st class kail wood or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

P/F 8 mm ( eight millimetre) thick partical board ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and nail (frame work and cover fillets to be paid for separately. as per specification or as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. Dismantling cement asbestos celotax/hard board in ceiling or partition wall including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials up to any lead & lift (Frame work such as joists, beams to be measured and paid for separately) as per specification or as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Polishing two coats with malamine polish of required shade on new wood and wood based surfaces to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts as per specification as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat ) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stoping with enamel paint other than whiteas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture of and of required shade of undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with Alkali-resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smoothas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed / brought to courses ) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded stone agreegate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete work of grade M-20 (M-twenty) design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 20 N/mm square (twenty newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not less than 320 Kg.
