S&F 30mm thick factory made flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commerical type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. divided into squares, without sash bars, edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/gauge etc. The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 and as per IS-1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed. M&L for cleaning and degermination of water storage tank 1000 Ltr capacity of any description and in any position and making locking arrengment to tank cover comprising following seven stages of operation complete all as under (i) Drain out the water by using exit valve or our own high capacity dewatering system (ii) Cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/SODIUM HYPOCHLORIDE a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (iii) Fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump with pressure 5 PSI. (iv) First bacteria screening is Sterilization by using TERBAC G5/ SODIUM HYPOCHLORIDE & HALOGEN COMPOUND a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound, test certificate of TERBAC G5/ SODIUM HYPOCHLORIDE & HALOGEN COMPOUND from government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for sterilization. (v) Cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner. (vi) Second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray Ejector covering 360 degree with in the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. (vii) Cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC- G65/ (CLASS-1) HYDROGEN PEROXIDE. Test certificate of Terbac-G65 From Government Laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for Sterilization. NOTE: Make of the material shall be approved by HQ E-in-C's New Delhi branch / HQ CEEC Kolkata or any other Command/ADG
