M&L 18- 20mm thick pre-polished green marble(Udaipur green) (of any type) (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar(1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs two edge full round,such as in steps,cooking platform and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, Joints of plinth protection shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on brick masonry surface or surface other than fair face of brickwork surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15mm thick and surface of brick work in two layer i.e(10+5)10mm thick 1st layer and 2nd layer is 5mm cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rough cast plaster including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick wall or concrete surfaces complete all as specified in SSR Part - I clause 14.22 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rough cast finish to be as below :- After applying the under coat of cement mortar 1:3 and while it is still in plasic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg (which is generally of size between 6 to 12mm depending on the texture required ) mixed with course sand and cement in the ratio of 1 : 1 : 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger agg are thoroughly covered.

M&L for preparing of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.
