Design Supply installation testing and commissioning DSITC of 2X20 KVA UPS System in N plus 1 Parallel Redundant Mode along with Comprehensive AMC for RBI Archives CAB Pune

(A)Design, Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning (DSITC) of 2nos. True Online UPS, each of 20 KVA (20KW) capacity suitable for Inductive/ Resistive load, connected in (N+1) parallel redundant mode with capability to connect more UPS units of same capacity in parallel redundant mode including circuit breakers, Common paralleling bus bar panel, input isolation transformers made of Copper winding with CRGO laminations, interconnecting cables, Copper earth conductors etc., as per detailed specifications (as specified in Section X – Technical specifications). The rates should include connection to the Battery Bank as detailed in technical specifications. The rate shall also include for testing of UPS, packing and forwarding charges, insurance charges and all taxes excluding GST etc. The rate shall also include supply of online viewing software including loading in the PC to be provided by the Bank and showing the performance. ( 1 set means 2 nos. of 20KVA UPS)

(A)Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Fire-Retardant casing SMF battery bank to cater power supply for minimum 30 minutes, for each 20 KVA UPS load at unity power factor. The number and AH capacity of batteries should be designed to meet the full load requirement. The work includes providing and fixing the battery circuit breaker, battery Rack, interconnecting cables from battery to battery and from UPS to Battery Bank and all other materials as required and initial charging (including packing and forwarding charges, duties as applicable and insurance charges for Contractor All Risk Policy including for supply, transit, storage, erection testing and commissioning etc., Workmen compensation policy and third Party Liability policy as per terms and conditions and valid till virtual completion and all taxes excluding GST) Warranty on batteries will be for 3 years from date of virtual completion of the work including the replacement of the faulty batteries without any additional cost to the Bank, if required and quarterly battery health checking. The work involves battery health checking by discharging the batteries & Internal Resistance (IR) testing quarterly and actual load testing of batteries in the 6th,12th, 18th, 24th, 30th and 36th month starting from the month of installation of batteries and replacement of the faulty batteries free of cost during the first three years i.e., firm has to provide three years warranty for batteries. The reports should be submitted along with the AMC bills.

(B)Comprehensive AMC charges in Rupees per annum which is to be paid after completion of defect liability period of one year. Rate should be inclusive of duties, transportation etc. and all taxes excluding GST as mentioned at clause 3.15 of tender Part – I.

Buy-Back (ie minus) (C)Buyback for carefully dismantling and taking away the following old and existing UPS system along with battery bank & all other accessories on as is where is basis after commissioning of new system.
