S&F Aluminium anodised Powder coated for doors, windows, ventilators and partition with one or more rebate (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) and three track with 1.8 mm thick channel section and shutter frame thickness 1.65mm, without sash bars, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc complete all as specified and directed. Step 1 : Rubber Buffing layer 10 mm – 40 mm thickness . With mixture of buffing and PU binder. After curing followed by chalk marking as per design . Step 2 : EPDM granule layer of 4 mm – 6 mm thickness . With mixture of EPDM rubber granule and PU binder. Fill in the mixture as per the larger colour area. Step 3 : Cutting EPDM layer for the finish lining design using cutter. Specifically for the small coloured pattern areas. Step 4 : After complete installation EPDM rubber floor should be left with the curing time of 3-4 days before used. Removal of existing water proof treatment of any description from roof surface including cement plaster/screed bed carefully from the surfaces, roughening concrete surfaces and cleaning the roof surfaces by brushing, sweeping and scrubbing down with water and removal of debris complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing Cement Concrete, type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded Stone aggregate), as in roof padding, of thickness as required on site, for making good depression/undulation, roof kerb etc, finished even and fair complete all as directed.
