M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete and sub base all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection etc all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Extra over Granite or marble slabs as in rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations etc complete all as directed. all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware.EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. M & L one coat of white wash on old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of wall putty (Asian / JK / Birla), preparatory to distempering on old surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over plastered or unplastered or concrete surfaces including preparation of surfaces by removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even & fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge . Note:- The rates do not include for the supply of integral water proofing compound, which shall be paid for in addition at “supplied only rates separately, as applicable.

Supply only liquid integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

M & L rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even & fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick 300 x 450mm size in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade over and including 10mm thick cement sand plaster (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M& L dark shade/Double Charged/ultracharged Vitrified Ceramic coloured tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down existing Split/Window/Tower AC of 1.0/1.5/2.0/5.0 TR capacity for servicing by water cleaning dust, filling cavities with filler complete and re-fixing the same position after completion of civil work, connecting and testing complete carefully, all as speciied and directed.

S & F in repairs submain wiring with four single core cables PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed 16 Sqmm stranded copper conductor drawn in and including PVC conduit with and including PVC FRLS insulated one single core cables 16 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note : PVC cables four single core and one single core of sizes as mentioned will considered as one unit.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 25 mm x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel, GI earth strip shall be protected by 40mm dia GI pipe 'medium grade', watering pipe 20mm dia GI pipe 'light grade', GI wire meshed funnel, alternate layer of charcoal and salt on all side to earth plate upto a thickness of 150mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit upto GL, and connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 50mm thick RCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 mix with 8mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 100mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point, including testing on completion, complete all as speciified and as directed.

NOTE:- (a) Rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of excavation in any type of strata, RFR and removal upto 50metre, PCC pit, funnel and RCC cover plate. (b) Rate quoted shall deemed to include GI earth strip and GI protection pipe light grade. (c) Rate quoted shall deemed to include taking down old items. (d) Minimum 100 Kg salt and 100 Kg charcoal granual type to be used for each earth pit. The bed to be done in 3 x 15 cm depth of salt and 3 x 15 cm depth of charcoal in aternate. (e) PVC type DC insulators with screws, nuts, bolts etc to be used in suface/wall/floor for mounting of strip and distance between two insulator shall not be less than 1.0 mtr.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanized earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and connected other end to main board duly protected by GI pipe 15mm bore, medium grade, earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around bottom and top watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including CI cover, frame and PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with CI cover and frame including necessary earth works etc, all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge. Note:- 1. PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode of the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Supply and fixing for galvanised iron strip 25 x 4 mm buried in ground with saddles amd fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors including removing and replacement of deteriorated SS bolts, nuts and washers as required at site in the existing GI strip of any size from the starting point to upto the end connected points all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) PVC type DC insulators with screw, nuts, bolts etc to be used in surface/ wall/ floor for mounting of strip and distance between two insulator shall not be less than 1.0 metre. Rate qouted shall be deemed to be included the PVC DC insulators. (ii) The strip will be measured and paid separately beyond 7.50 metre for each bldg.

M&L street light brackets parabolic type made out of GI tubes medium grade 40mm bore (1.50m long) including bending to shape or welding, drilling, clamps, nuts and bolts etc to match with existing pattern including painting two coats aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing as in repairs of 2 core x 1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor armoured cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of Mounting Accessories like back box for detectors, devices & cable glands, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Commissioning, installation and Testing of entire fire alarm and smoke & heat detector system as specified in Ser Ite No 01 to 11 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Individual items shall be measured and paid under respective items of the schedule complete all as specified and directed.
