M&L for light shade virified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick double charged (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing floor including demolition of existing tiles and cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing from site and rubbish of the premisses complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and applying a high-performance, single-component, polymer-modified Type-2 cementitious tile adhesive (conforming to IS 15477:2019) on prepared horizontal floor slabs or screeded beds and the mixed mortar must be spread evenly and combed using an 8 mm or 10 mm notched steel trowel to maintain a uniform, solid, and void-free bed thickness ranging from 3 mm to 6 mm all as specified and directed. Note : Apply bitumen primer on concrete surface wherever reqd or directed by Engr-in-charge before tile adhesive and bitumen primer will be paid and measured separately.

M&L for applying bitumen blown any grade, applied hot, two coats, to concrete surfaces at the rate of 1.5 kg/ sqm per coat all as specified and directed

Material and labour for coloured non skid ceramics tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the existing floor including demolition of existing floor tiles and bedding layers and removing from site and rubbish of the premisses complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and pre polished) in steps (in single piece), jambs, pillars, windowcills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble, Demoltion laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as directed.

Providing and applying waterproofing compound and high-polymer tile adhesive system on vertical surface of wall. The complete work execution includes surface preparation by cleaning, removing loose particles, dust, and grease, and repairing minor structural cracks.The application process requires providing and applying one coat of an approved two-part acrylic-modified cementitious flexible waterproofing membrane at a total dry film consumption rate of 0.90 kg to 1.0 kg/m². Following a full cure of the waterproofing membrane, a single-component, high-polymer-modified Type-2 cementitious tile adhesive (conforming to IS 15477:2019) must be applied uniformly to a cured bed thickness of 3 mm to 4 mm using a 6 mm notched steel trowel all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250 x 7mm/450 x 350 x 7 mm/450 x 300 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including demolition of existing tiles and cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing from site and rubbish of the premisses complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debries from site of work complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 25 mm thick Cement concrete B0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in floor all as specified and directed.
