M&L for maintenance and servicing of DG sets (monthly Inspection), of the following capacities including alternator, electric panel board connection to DG set for routine check (A check) of DG set for smooth functioning and carrying out maintanance as directed as specified for the following DG sets :- (a) 250 KVA Capacity-01 Nos (b) 100 KVA Capacity - 04 No (c) 82.5 KVA Capacity - 01 No (d) 62.5 KVA apacity - 04 No (e) 30 KVA Capacity - 01No (f) 20 KVA Capacity - 01 No

Note: (i) Checking engine oil level and topping up as and when required . Oil shall be measures and paid separately (ii) Checking and adjusting the belts for tension and replacement of belts. Note : Belt shall be measured and paid seperately (iii) Checking of air filter element all type. (iv) Checking of exhaust system for any leakage. (v) Draining of sediment/water from fuel filter and fuel tank. (vi) Cleaning of air cleaner element all type. (vii) Checking engine alternator coupling, mounting bolts and alignment. (viii) Tightening of all nuts and bolts in altenator terminal block. (ix) Checking of alternator carbon brush and connections in alternator. (x) Checking and tightening of all connection in DC control wiring. (xi) Checking of all radiator rubber hose, pipe clips and replacement if required. (xii) Checking and recording oil pressure, water and oil temperarute. (xiii) Checking anti vibration mounting and replacement if required. (xiv) Checking throttle linkage. (xv) Checking battery for cell test, electrolyte level, gravity and topping up to required level (xvi) Routine check / repair work of panel, switch, MCCB, main switch, all contactors, engine control unit. Replacement of Door hinges, locks etc also deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates. (xvii) Checking of AMF panel, all electrical connections etc. (xviii) Checking of earthing resistance. (xix) Cleaning of vegitation around the DG set up to 1.5 mtr area. (xx) Contractor shall employ skilled labour (FGM) for the above repairs and one company engineer/ technician for over all repairs once every in month.

Supply only cotton waste for daily use at power house for cleaning of the DG sets, pump motors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for engine oil, multi grade 15W40 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the radiator and fan assembly from the engine for cleaning of copper tubes and cooling fins by using descaling solution, soldering, patch work if any leakage including transporting to workshop for repair and bringing back to site upto 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12V solenoid coil suitable for DG set upto 100KVA capacity of existing make & model complete all as specified and directed.
