PROVISION OF RETAINING COMPUND WALL AND CONNECTED ITEMS FOR STATION COMMANDER RESIDENCE AT ICGS DAHANU

Compound wall & Gate Sl No 01 to 22 Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beam; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished square, rectangular or polygonal surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for formwork to faces of sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC design Mix M-30 (20mm graded aggregate) for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L for RCC design Mix M-30 (20mm graded aggregate) for Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L for RCC design Mix M-30 (20mm graded aggregate) for Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts , complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately)

TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, as reinforcement for concrete cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.
