Taking down of existing conventional flood lights along with ignition boxes & aviation lights (set of 02) from high mast light of height less than 15m from ground level complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Supply & fixing LED Flood light fittings comprising of epoxy powder coated pressure die cast housing with toughned glass cover in frame, with lumen output not less than 18000 lumens suitable wattage for efficiency not less than 120 lumens/Watt, having secondary optics, min wattage 150 watt, with ingress protection IP 65/66 and potted electronic driver of minimum IP 67 with THD less then 10%, PF>0.95, CRI>70, CCT 5700K, SPD of capacity 10 KV etc complete and testing on completion all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Contractor shall submit LM 79 and LM 80 test reports from manufacturer from approved laboratory.
Supply and fix LED aviation lamp of minimum 10 watts with total lumen output not less than 1000 lumens and suitable wattage for efficiency not less than 100 lumens / watt made up of die-cast aluminum housing with red polycarbonate dome for better illumination, Integral driver, Ingress Protection : IP65, protection against short-circuit, protection against surge, wide operating input voltage range 100 – 270VAC complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
M & L for servicing of High Mast of approx 12.5m height by lowering, checking, rectifying the defects, over hauling of winch drum assembly, motor including checking and replacing of gears, winch motor, wire ropes, trailing cable along with lugs as per site requirement, lubricating the moving mechanism and raising the high mast upto its height complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: The items gears, winch motor, wire ropes and trailing cable will be measured and paid separetely under relevant item.
Supply only gear mechanism complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Supply only stainless steel wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Supply only trailing cable of flexible copper conductor cable 5 core 2.5sq.mm (minimum) along with lugs / thimbles of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Supply only winch motor of suitable capacity not less than 0.75 HP as per OEM recommendation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
M & L for dismantling the defective induction motor of capacity upto 1 HP any make/class of insulation from foundation bed, disconnecting all electric supply connections, duly coupled with pump/compressor, trasnporting to workshop removing burnt out widing from stator/rotor, rewinding with suitable gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make and replacing DE /NDE bearings, insulation materials, varnishing , heating, greasing of bearings etc complete, re-assembling, testing and commissioning of following capacity motors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Terminal block, Bearings of motor if required will be measured & paid separately under relevant schedule items.
Supply and fixing in repairs Air termination, single pointed, aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300mm long on top of high mast light for earth conductivity to ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level )with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connecting with galvanized iron GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolt nut check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and provision of GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked)of size 15mm for protection of GI earth wire upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including dismantling old earth pit and testing on completion. Note :-Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing) and dismantling old defective earthpit. .
Material and labour earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 25x3 mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including dismantling old earth pit and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:-Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing and dismantling old defective earthpit.
Suppy and laying as in repair in high mast lights LT cables, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, 2.5 Sqmm 3 core steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable with stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following size :- Note: The rates should be include thimbles and connectors complete where ever required.
Suppy and laying in trenches, fixed on walls, passing through pipes, jointing and testing of electric LT cables, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductors 1100 Volts grade 4 core, 10 Sqmm including taking down of old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The rates shall be inclusive of Cable lugs at both ends of cable and end termination kits will be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Excavation earth, return and re filling shall be measured and paid seperately. (iii) Insulation Resistance value of cable shall be recorded before and after laying of cable.
Supply & Laying DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 50 mm, polythylene confirming to IS 16205 part-24 including coupler & Bend with smoooth inernal and corrugated external surface for non pressue under ground cable including taking down unserviceable DWC pipe complete including taking down all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.
Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.
Supply & fixing submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable two run of 1.5 Sqmm single core (FRLSH) 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including suitable size of PVC casing and caping for surface wiring with fittings and one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor(FRLSH) for earth continuity wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Two run of single core cable with one run of earth continuity conductor and PVC casing and caping and its fittings will be measured as one length.

Design, supply, install, test and commissioning of Retrofitted Emission Control Equipment / Devices (RECD) having a minimum specified Particulate Matter (PM) capturing efficiency of 70%, type approved by one of the five Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) recognized labs consisting of RECD with control panel, foundation frame, necessary PCC foundation , cabling, necessary addition/alterations to existing exhaust pipe of any size/qty including cutting for connecting to RECD with necessary fittings/pipe and taking out exhaust to outside, including wrapping up of asbestos rope on complete exhaust and then with aluminium sheet over asbestos wrapping, supporting steel structure for RECD & exhaust pipe complete, any other alteration to diesel engine for proper functionality of engine, testing of smoke exhaust before and after installation of equipment, including checking/inspection of functionality of RECD device once in six months during defect liability period and submission of test report for every six months, testing of DG set on existing connected load for minimum 12 Hrs for ascertaining DG functionality & fuel consumption after installation of RECD equipment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge for following capacities of DG set :-

Note for item No 1 to 1.02 : (i) Retrofitted Emission Control Equipment / Devices (RECD) having a minimum specified Particulate Matter (PM) capturing efficiency of 70%. (ii) The RECD must be type tested by one of the five currently CPCB recognised/ approved labs: - (a) Automotive Research Association of India, Pune (Maharashtra). (b) International Centre for Automotive Technology, Manesar (Haryana). (c) Indian Oil Corporation, Research and Development Centre, Faridabad (Haryana). (d) Indian Institute of Petroleurre,\ Dehradun (Uttarakhand). (e) Vehicle Research Development Establishment, Ahmednagar (Maharashtra) or if any additional Labs are as approved by CPCB. (ii) Contractor shall submit GA drgs alongwith specification, approval letter by one of the five Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) recognized labs for approval of GE before placing order. (iii) The emission limits after installation of RECD shall be strictly comply to latest CPCB norms and as per E-in-C's Branch, Integrated HQ of MoD (Army), Kashmir House, Rajaji Marg, New Delhi letter No A/37696/Gen/Pol/E2W (PPC) dated 29 June 2022.
(iv) Emission Durability Period of RECD fitted on the DG engines shall not be less than 6000 hours or 6 years whichever is earlier. (v) The comprehensive maintenance of RECD along with generation of regular test report of emission standards for once in six months for entire defect liability period is deemed to be included in quoted rate. Contractor shall submit FDR @ 5% per annum for the same after complete supply, installation, testing and commissioning of RECD. (vi) RECD shall be have no effect on exhaust back pressure. The back pressure shall be maintained within prescribed limit by the manufacturer. There should not be any backflow from RECD to engine exhaust system. Type Approval of RECD for family of DG Sets should be as per CPCB instructions and the same has to be obtained from the CPCB prescribed labs as above. The RECD manufacturer shall furnish written instructions and requirements about use and maintenance of RECD system, its correct operation and maintenance, and its emission performance.
(vii) RECD should have highest space velocity or exhaust mass flow rate, as may be applicable within the application range of the RECD family. (viii) The RECD shall have minimum volumetric concentration of catalytically active materials specified by the manufacturer for the RECD family. (ix) Where DG Set are fitted with on-board diagnostic systems, those systems shall not be affected with respect to their monitoring function after the retrofit system has been installed. The characteristics of the electronic engine control unit (as regards, for example, injection timing, air-mass flow metering or exhaust emissions reduction strategies) shall not be altered by the retrofitting. Any modification of the test engine that changes the original emission behaviour (for example alternation of the injection timing) is not permitted.
(x) Engines certified with exhaust mufflers (with or without containing after treatment element) shall be represented during type approval testing as an actual component or through back-pressure setting and such element cannot be removed from installations for actual RECD application owing to their contribution and compliance to noise certification. (xi ) After installation of RECD the silencer should cater to the noise level tolerance prescribed in the relevant IS/BS. The silencer should be provided with flaps with a provision so that it will open only when the generator is running. (xii) The quoted rate inclusive of necessary PCC foundation, structural supports, foundation frame, control panel, control wiring, cabling, complete switchgears, exhaust pipe of suitable dia all per existing for addn/alteration for fixing RECD with all necessary fittings, muffler/asbestos rope wrapping and aluminium sheet wrap over it, taking exhuast outside with outlet flaps etc complete. (xiii) The quoted rate inclusive of POL required for testing of DG set for minimum 6 Hrs on existing connected load. (xiv) The contractor shall visit site for ascertaining requirement before quoting tender. (xv) The Contractor shall make all necessary arrangements for pre-despatch inspection at manufacturer site or through digital e-testing as decided by Accepting Officer and for pre-commissioning test by rep of Accepting Officer
