RequiredOnly those contractors/ firms belonging to Sagara/Waddera/Uppara community who are registered with The S.C.Co.Ltd., under new/ revised registration system as per Civil Contract Manual-2023 of appropriate class issued by SCCL valid as on the date of opening of bids.
