Taking out unserviceable LT connection cable of size up to 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT cable of size 50 sqmm up to 95 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables heavy duty 1100 volts grade, with stranded aluminium conductor with all fixing & connecting accessories such as aluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc in trenches/through pipes/ducts or on poles/walls jointing to O/H conductor, LT panels, main switch with suitable size aluminum lugs complete all as specified & directed for the following sizes:- Make:- Havells/ Finolex/ Policab/ Make as specified in Particular Spesifications Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately.

(a) 95 Sqmm 3.5 core

(b) 50 Sqmm 3.5 core

(c) 35 Sqmm 3.5 core

(d) 16 Sqmm 4.0 core

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for dry river sand cushioning to underground cables with 8cm thick before laying of cables and 15cm thick after laying and stretching of cable and gently punning complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Sypply and laying fly ash bricks, laid in trenches as cable covers complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying Galvanised iron pipe in repairs "light grade" 80mm bore in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles for protection of cable with all necessary fittings, including sealing ends complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and errecting LT Panel outdoor type mounted and fixed with PCC foundation , made out of MS sheet factory assembled and factory fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick sheet steel with suitable size MS angle duly spray painted with two coat of gray synthetic enamel paint over one coat og red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of surface , with required civil work &wiring with copper cable of suitable size, connecting including indication lamp LED type foe each phase , incl inbuilt industrial type locking arrangments , front openable incl necessary arrangments for fixing with suitable, clamps,nuts, bolts wahers etc, & including Danger notice board , feeder marked,testing and commissioning , size 600 x600x 300 mm, complete including taking down old panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cable path indicator made of MS sheet of size 200 mm x 150 mm x 3 mm thick and spot welding with angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm thick, 750 mm long embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1( using 12.5 mm graded granite stone aggregate) including providing one coat of synthetic enamlled black paint over one coat of red oxide primer and sign writing with white paint showing size of cable HT /LT complete all as specified & directed .

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning out door type LT panel board ,made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet , factory made, cubical type,with slanting top at leaset 10 cm projection all around, fedder pillar type,fabricated with 50x50x6mm angle iron frame work with independent door for each feeder,busbar chamber cable tray on both side fully compartmentlized design, double door type & commen openable hinged door from rear side, floor mounting type, busbars made of aluminium duly insulated with heat retardent fire proof (HRFR) heat shrinkable sleeves of relevant colours.Bus bar shell be properly supported/mounted on epoxy insulators.All live parts and joints shall be insulated with (HRFR) shrouds, conforming to IS, including provn for connecting suitable earth strips,painting with one coat of anti corrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint Grey shade (RAL-7032), Confirming to IP 54 protection and confirming relavent IS, comprising the adequate arrangement to supply & fix the following accessories,including connecting cable glands and cable lugs,fixing of earth lead to earth terminal of panel including necessary excavation & PCC foundation ncluding taking down old panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
