Amount

Supply of 3 cum (with the capacity of 3000 liter) dustbin. Dusbin (container) must be of following specification as under: 1The dustbin shall have secondary Storage of 3000 Liter volumetric capacities, capable enough to handle the solid waste. 2 The dustbin/Container shall have its: a. Bottom plate (i.e. floor of 3000 Micron HRS). b. Sides, front and top portion of 2000 Micron HRS. c. Rear door of 1600 Micron thick MS Sheet and d. 2 Nos. top lids/ windows of 1600 micron HRS Sheet having diagonal angle support inside the window for its sturdiness. 3 There shall be minimum 2 nos. cross stiffeners/cross members, along the width of the container with end to end cross members shall be minimum of ISMC 75x40 HRC. 4 There shall be 2 nos. longitudinal channels beneath the floor to strengthen the floor of minimum ISMC 75x40 HRC. 5 All the Plate, sheet joints at container edge/border shall be supported with continuous MS of minimum ISMA 40X40X5 mm thick size. 6 Angle for rear door and top lid shall be of 25X25X3mm. 7 Container shall be colored as per the following specifications: a. Prior to painting, 2 coats of primer shall be applied as per the ISI paint manufacturer’s standard. b. Color must be of first class quality 200 micron of ISI standard brand. c. Externally (except bottom) colored with green and Blue (15 no. of dustbin with Green colour and 15 no. with Blue) Colour anti-corrosive paint 200 microns. d. Internally colored with black anti-corrosive paint and e. Bottom of the container shall be painted with black anti-corrosive paint. 8 Name of the local body " नगर निगम करनाल" (2 side) and "एक कदम स्वछता की ओर" (2 side) with logo of Swach Bharat Abhiyan, shall be written in Hindi on all sides in white anti-corrosive reflective paint. Height of the letters shall not be less than 200 mm. 9 Weight of the Dustbin min. 400 Kg per Bin. 10 Fabricator must confirm the quality standard such as DIN 79000 and EN 16630. The Equipment supplier must have OHSAS 18001 certification for Health and Safety Management System and for Quality standard manufacturing unit must have ISO 9001 certification. All sizes +-5% variations will be accepted. Warrenty :- Having 24 months warrenty for damage/faulty body of dustbins from the date of dispatch at site.

Dustbin of 1.1 Cum capacity with 4 castor wheels. (Refuse compactor) with specification as below. Steel Garbage Containers for waste collection shall be provided with 4 Castor Wheels with Blocking System. The Garbage Collection Bins shall be of 1100 Ltrs Capacity. The Bin construction should be of Pressed Steel Sections for ensuring adequate structural strength required for handling with the Compactor Bin Lifter. Bin shall be designed to be lightweight and with facility to be easily handled by two Bin Handlers, these shall be open type hygienic bins, with specifically designed bins cover, A drain plug/hole shall be provided to drain the leachate of for cleaning, capacity: 1100ltrs wt 160 Kg, Base material: steel, body: sides MS sheet 2000micron, base MS sheet 2500micron, adequate reinforcement & stiffeners, Top part: press moulded 1600micron, load capacity: 800kgs (approx.), angle: top and bottom angle 40x40x5mm, handle 25mm round or 40mm hook. Sports: flat 50x5mm. Material specifications and Body construction: The body of the bins shall be fabricated from MS Sheet joints shell be welded wherever required by appropriate procedure (welding by co2 MIG Proves) to minimize in built stresses.
