SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I Dismantling of Asbestos Cement (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings with ridges complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/vally gutter, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for joint free non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm/300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames, exe 1.5 but n.exc. 4 Sqm in each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F solid PVC door frames of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded, plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, as per specification and drawing and as directed.

S & F 150 mm long, Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 75mm Butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type E-22 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 125 mm size, Aluminium handles, cast type, anodised complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, Vitreous China bowl urinal flat back, of size 465x355x265mm, white (minimum) with grating and union for discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe & waste pipe) including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60 mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement complete complete as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, 10 litre capacity, PVC valve less syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, flush pipe, float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, Flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32 mm dia, for low level cistern complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair 32 mm dia Waste fittings, brass, chromium plated for glazed ware sinks, basins, etc. with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, 15mm bore, PVC connection pipe 450mm long with PTMT nuts at both ends complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Grating doom 125mm dia of PTMT (Minimum weight 40gms) complete all as specified and directed.
