M&L preparation of old decorated surface of walls including removing of existing nails and filling of holes, crack with wallcare putty where required & making good to the surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as directed.

Complete removal of the existing treatment on walls by scrapping and washing down with water including making good the surfaces and applying a coat of wall care putty 3mm thick to achieve smooth level surface and treating the surface with two coats of oil bound distamper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as directed.

M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including corinces, pillasters etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on any surfaces, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete including preparation of surfaces and applying three coat of white wash complete all as directed.

Resecuring the shutters of any description of area exc 1sqm and n exc 2sqm each after carrying out necessary repair complete all as directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished,any shade or colour , area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles with screed complete all as directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished,any shade or colour , area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling existing tiles with screed complete all as directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) first quality area of each tile but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles with screed bed complete all as directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured rectified tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) first quality area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles with screed complete all as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles of size 450X300X7 mm thick vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of the tiles laid on and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat including dismantling existing tiles along with a backing coat complete all as directed.
