Repairs to the Aluminium shutter & frame by dismembering full shutter, hinges, glass, particle boards etc. and stacking within 50m lead restoration of frames, shutter style & rail joints in proper alignments removing warping in members, cleat angle tightening, restoring vertical alignment of door frame removing gap between jambs if any replacing screws wherever required including replacing damaged member (to be paid separately or made available by the department) complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 1200x195 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with epoxy grouting with matching pigment etc.,., complete.

Restoration of top layer of damaged patches of WP treatment with 20mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1cement : 3Coarse sand) mixing integral water proofing compound (200 ml liquid compound for 50 kg of cement or as specified by manufacturer) finishing top surface with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry mixed with integral water proofing compound (200 ml liquid compound for 50 kg of cement or as specified by manufacturer) to match the existing treatment, marking a grid of 300mmx300mm in chequrred pattern in finished surface complete as directed. Water proofing treatment of RCC sunshade with Zycosil / equivalent water proffing solution [1 Litre Zycosil / equivalent & 20 litres of water stirred first & 2 litres of Zycoprime / equivalent added and stirred (total 23 litres)] till it meats the saturation level and testing as per RIELM or by water drops test in which water drop do not absorb but drop remains or rolls.
