Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring for light, fan, socket or power point complete with fittings such as switches, fan regulators, light fittings, tube light fittings, bracket light fittings and ceilling rose, holders etc including making good the disturbed surface of walls,ceiling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring with PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm drawn through in including PVC casing & caping not less than 20mm wide with pressed steel concealed box made out of mild steel sheet not less than 1.6 mm thick sheet duly covered with 3 mm thick laminated sheet ISI marked suitable ffor mounting switch,socket etc and all accessories including 1.5 sqmm copper conductor FRLS cable for earth continuity conductor of green colour for one light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan/ bell point/one 5/6 Amp socket outlet controlled by one 5/6 Amps one way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, 1400 RPM, metal body heavy duty, AC single phase,230 V including louvers and necessary connection with multistanded copper conductor flexible copper wire of suitable size from ceiling rose to connector of fan and necessary fixing arrangement ie anchor bolts,nuts, washers and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing complete all as specified and as directed . S&F Ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep , white/ivory in colour ,5 star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC), AC single phase,230 V with down rod including necessary connection with multistanded copper conductor flexible copper wire of suitable size from ceiling rose to connector of fan complete all as specified and as directed . Make :- Bajaj /Havells/Crompton Greaves /Khaitan as approved.

M&L for spray painting with white synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old surface of the ceiling fan of any make/model/sweep, filling cavities with filler after cleaning dust in situ or in other position complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Berger paint(Luxol)/Asian paint (Apcolite) / Jenson & Nicholson paint Ltd (Brolac)

Taking down defective ceiling fan from its position and refixing the same after necessary minor repair to make its functional complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan motor of 1200 mm sweep of any make with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnish, greasing the bearings, replacement of missing / worn out nuts, bolts and washers, split pins etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of ball bearing 6201 / 6202 / 6203 including metal filling, machining if required complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- SKF/NBC as approved

M&L sub main wiring with two runs of 10 sqmm PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper cable multistand 1100 Volt and one run of copper earth wire 6.0 sqmm PVC FRLS drawn in and including surface casing and caping not less than 32mm wide including making good to existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 2 runs of 10 sqmm copper cable, one run of 6.0 sqmm copper earth wire and one run of casing and caping shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L sub main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper cable multistand 1100 Volt and one run of copper earth wire 4 sqmm PVC FRLS drawn in and including surface casing and caping not less than 25mm wide including making good to existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 2 runs of 4 sqmm copper cable, one run of 4 sqmm copper earth wire and one run of casing and caping shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L sub main wiring with two runs of 6 sqmm PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper cable multistand 1100 Volt and one run of copper earth wire 6 sqmm PVC FRLS drawn in and including surface casing and caping not less than 25mm wide including making good to existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 2 runs of 6 sqmm copper cable, one run of 6 sqmm copper earth wire and one run of casing and caping shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L cutting opening through brick/stone wall built in cement mortar for fixing exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep and making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 and applying two coats of white wash to match with the existing complete all as specified and as directed.
