Dragging, Installation and commissioning of 11 KV VCB O/G Pannel, and complete wiring included in this job.

Complete testing of newly erected 11 KV VCB O/G Pannel (Testing equipment will be provided by the contractor)

Pipe boring type Earthing minimum 20 mtr deep from ground level or upto water level with ‘B’ class G.I. Pipe 2" dia connection of equipments through GI strip 50x6mm with earthing included in the job as per norms for Transformer /RMU/VCB/other required equipments (All required material will be provided by contractor).

Construction of masonary type transformer plinth of size 2x2x1.5 m with brick, cement, Coarse sand, sand & brick ballast, filling of sand in the hallow space, plastering outer surface in ration 1:4:6 top of the plinth 4" thickness grouting of 02 Nos. MS channel of size 100x50x2000 mm on the top of plinth for placement of transformer (All material will be arranged by contractor).

Construction of Plinth for RMU 03way/04 way as per approved drawing (All material will be provided by contractor).

Erection and commissioning of 11 KV RMU 03way/04 way

Construction of tail less unit plinth as per norms & installation of tail less unit structure on newly constructed plinth with Busbar (All material will be provided by contractor).

Construction of Retaining wall, fabrication and erection of wiremess fencing of 02 mtr height arround T/F and distribution piler box with provision of one Gate with locking arrangement made of MS Angel Iron off size 50x50x6 mm joint with nuts with bolts. The pannel must be support with ms flat size 50x50x6 mm wireness of size 10 SWG rectangle type its painting As per norms of RESPO (All material will be provided by the contractor)

Installation, commissioning and testing of 400 KVA T/F with fixing of Cu. L pieces of suitable size and connection of LT cables (Cu.L Pieces will be provided by contractor).

Filling by gravells 20-40 mm in empty space inside RMU & Transformer fencing.

Fabrication and erection of CT/PT unit type double pole on 11 mtr. long ST-Pole with fixing of necessary clamps, accesories required including supply and fixing of Straight MS channel 100x50 mm. with arrangement of fixing 3 No. pin insulator, danger board, number plate, grouting of pole, construction of pole plinth 300mmx450mm above groung level and painting of pole as per RESPO norms (Cost of all material are included in this job except ST-Pole 11 Mtr, MS Channel, MS Angle, 11 KV Pin insulator & Pin).

Fabrication & erection of 11 KV cable exposure type double pole with the provision of bus bar for with fixing of necessary clamps and other acessories like 2NO. MS CHANNEL & 2no. MS angle for supporting the hoisting on Pole.Its jumpering by single core PVC aluminium cable with proper size of lug, 6 no. pin insulators with pins, danger board, number plate, barbed wire with digging of pit in Kachcha/Pucca land, grouting of pole, construction of pole plinth 300mmx450mm and painting of pole as per RESPO norms (Cost of all material are included in this job except ST-Pole 11 Mtr, MS Channel, MS Angle, 11 KV Pin insulator & Pin).

Laying of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE single cable in MS-Pipe 125 mm dia by digging of cable trench in Kachcha/Pakka of suitable size at road crossing/Naala crossing/other required places.

Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable 3x185 sq mm Single Circuit by digging of trench 900 mm deep & 600 mm wide its boxing with bricks & sand, laying of cable & separation of cables by brick wall, filling of sand upto top cover of the trench properly levelling & ramming & covering with stone slab after laying of cable (Cost of all material are included in this job except 11 KV Cable).

Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable 3x70 sq mm Single Circuit by digging of trench 900 mm deep & 600 mm wide its boxing with bricks & sand, laying of cable & separation of cables by brick wall, filling of sand upto top cover of the trench properly levelling & ramming & covering with stone slab after laying of cable (Cost of all material are included in this job except 11 KV Cable).

Laying of Single Circuit 11 KV XLPE cable 3x185 Sqmm in constructed trench.

Laying of Single circuit 11 KV 3x185 sqmm XLPE cable upto 1-1.5 mtr deep through HDD method.

Laying of Single circuit 11 KV 3x185 sqmm XLPE cable upto 1-1.5 mtr deep by HDD method in HDPE Pipe 125 mm dia.

Hoisting of 11 KV 3x185/3x70 Sqmm XLPE cable on D/P through GI- pipe of size 4" dia 3 mtr long including its jumpering complete with holding clamps, PG clamps, Nut & bolts (All material will be provided by contractor)

Proper hoisting & clamping of 11 KV cable 3x185/3x70 Sqmm in 11 KV VCB/RMU/Metering cubical/Transformer (All material will be provided by contractor)

Earthing of poles with MS- Earthing rod 20x2500 mm, earth wire with nut and bolts as per norms.

Laying of Single Circuit LT PVC cable 3.5x400 Sqmm.

Fixing & crimping of reqiured size lugs and its connection with LT lines (Required lugs will be provided by contractor).

High Pressure Testing of 11 KV cable Testing equipment will be arranged by contractor.

Proper hoisting and jumpering of LT cable 3.5x400 Sqmm between T/F, tail less unit.

Carriage, Dragging, Installation and commissioning of 11 KV Metering cubical in meter room with proper wiring and connection with 11 KV lines (Metering cubical will be provided by deptt.)

Carriage, Installation and commissioning of 11 KV CT/PT pole mounted metering unit on D/P with proper wiring and connection with 11 KV lines (11 KV CT/PT unit will be provided by deptt.)
