Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soil, by mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering where ever required, setting out to the required line, grades, side slopes trimming bottoms and level as shown on the drawing as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to HP.PWD specifications of 1990 Volume-1 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of the unusefull materials on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and all lobour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and iincidentials necessary to complete the work by mechanized means and labour (if any required) all useful materials such as stones, shingles, aggregates, and slates shall be sorted out and stacked in the plot up to maximum extent, in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge. The recovery for stones, weather useful or not recovered from site of work @ Rupees 300.00 only (three hundred) per cubic meter shall be effected on pro rata basis in all circumstances. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unservicable material shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect including all incidental charges.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30mm X 30mm x 5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden/ steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling to any floor height and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work and as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge:- (i) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like Floors etc.upto 200mm in thickness.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Stair case with sloping or stepped soffits i.e. risers and stringers excluding landing (except spiral stair case).

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls:- Under 20cm wide.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundations and plinth including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor all floor level in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibtared cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for feinforced concrete work :-(i) foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete in all floor level in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Stair cases (except spiral stair case) excluding landing but including preparing of the surface and finishing of nosing in all floor level in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing tor/TMT steel reinforcement of TATA tiscon / SAIL / Rashtria Ispat /Jindal / Shyam including cost of binding wire for R.C.C.work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all floor level in all heights,and as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Second class half brick masonary in common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure upto floor all level in all heights in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone in under drain including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification 150mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying granite stone in flooring 25mm (average) thickness base of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone i/c rubbing and polishing complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts in 25mm thick.

Providing wood work in frames of false celling partitions etc. sawn and put-up in position complete in 2nd class deodar wood including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing PGI Sheet 0.63mm thick in ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and nails/ screws etc. complete (frame work and fillets to be measured and paid for separtely) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing plain square edged cover fillets (beading) 19mm x 6mm section with wood screws in ceiling and lining including mitring at junctions in hard wood including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for door, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make confirming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleats angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazing/ panelling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws as per Architectural drawings and as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge:- (i) For doors windows and ventilatiors and glazed partitions frames etc.

For shutters of doors windows and ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provisions for fixing of fittings where ever required including the cost of PVC/neoprene gaskets as required (fittings and glazing/ panelling shall be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 23mm thick insulated glass panes (layer 15mm thick clear toughend glass layer II, 6mm thick clear toughend glass 12mm argon gas) and wooden beading both side etc.

Providing and fixing panel in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partition etc with PVC/neoprens gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-charge (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) partitions with 12mm thick Particle board bwp phenol bonded exterior/ interior grade both sides including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 250mm X 16mm size anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Kota stone slab flooring 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying ceremic floor tiles 5.50mm thick in flooring of approved shade and size treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

White glazed tiles 6mm thick in skirting risers of steps and dado of approved shade and size 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) and jointed with cement slurry in all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet of TATA Durashine in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per HP.
